Johansson got his first loss today as Brampton beat Cincy. They lost from a shorthanded goal against with 2 minutes left in game. What's with these Sabres teams giving up SH goals?!

How did Ullmark do?

Sorry for the long wait. Ullmark did what was asked of him. He was fine. He didn't have to be spectacular. He just had to be pretty good and he was. Rebound control was fine. He was fine out of the net. We just controlled the puck for the entire 2nd and 3rd periods so it wasn't a very stressful night for him.

This is a definite glimmer of hope in a black sea of despair...Rochester is actually playing well for the first time in a long time...that's how the Sabres coming out of the lockout became good...a bunch of players who were doing well at Rochester all came up together and kept right on doing well with the Sabres...

Not yet. I'm not Gonna tell ya they will be as good as the SGM but I've liked what I've seen out of all those guys.

Id rather see Bailey play than Girgensons, who is a total fail as a #1 draft choice. They both have 3 pts.

Doubt they'll trade him this year, he has a year left and he isn't the problem.

CJ Smith is the perfect example of why we shouldn't write off 19yr old Nylander.
