I'm trying to temper my expectations, as preseason means nothing, but Eichel and Pominville are looking like they've got a little something going.

Could very well be the case.  Dreger stated it's possible they may follow suit with what Montreal did two season ago and Toronto last / this season.  With no "C" and three "A"s.  Just thought it was an interesting note.

I mean, it's such basic hockey, and we have seen it like 3 times in the last 7 years. 

 

I forgot that the Sabres are allowed to play NHL hockey since we decided to tank.

 

Even in games we were in and won last year, unless the opponent was someone like Arizona or Colorado, I never felt like we were on the same playing field. I hope we can be the team making other teams feel that way finally.
