NHL.tv says otherwise. Wonder why when Root is doing the game, NHLtv  won't carry it?

But they will be on NHL Network on 9/27 at 7pm.

And NHL Network at 1 on the 23rd vs the leafs

Well, not so much that they can't air Roots sports programs at all, but that there are weird legalities in the contracts.
