dudacek Posted September 15, 2017 Report Posted September 15, 2017 With the boys hitting the ice this morning, this series ends with the $80 million question: We planned, for this, we suffered for this - a franchise stud to build a long-term contender around. After two "mediocre seasons on a losing team" can Jack Eichel be the dominant force that leads this team back into the playoffs? Quote
darksabre Posted September 15, 2017 Report Posted September 15, 2017 Can he? I hope so.It's very clear that he wants to. Which is good. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted September 15, 2017 Report Posted September 15, 2017 Awesome stuff, dudacek. Top notch hockey content really makes the summer go by a little quicker. Wouldn't it be something if he did. Quote
pi2000 Posted September 15, 2017 Report Posted September 15, 2017 Can Jack save us? That's a definite maybe. Quote
LGR4GM Posted September 15, 2017 Report Posted September 15, 2017 Can Jack save us? That's a definite maybe. anyone ever watch cheers? I agree with Pi, Jack could but he has to do it. Quote
dudacek Posted September 15, 2017 Author Report Posted September 15, 2017 As far as the Sabres go, I think we will be in the playoff mix, but I'm not prepared enough to say we will make it. I have no such reservations about Jack: the man will get some Hart Trophy votes this season. He will be awesome. Quote
Rasmus_ Posted September 15, 2017 Report Posted September 15, 2017 He's going to break down the doors and slam any of this Matthews > Eichel debate nonsense. Let's finally put Toronto in their place. Quote

Let's finally put Toronto in their place. I would lose four fingers (of my choice) to see Jack outscore Auston by over 20 points this year, each playing 82 games. I mean it. Quote

3putt Posted September 15, 2017 Report Posted September 15, 2017 four fingers of Buffalo Trace and that might be a stretch. Quote
