We planned, for this, we suffered for this - a franchise stud to build a long-term contender around.

After two "mediocre seasons on a losing team" can Jack Eichel be the dominant force that leads this team back into the playoffs?

As far as the Sabres go, I think we will be in the playoff mix, but I'm not prepared enough to say we will make it.

 

I have no such reservations about Jack: the man will get some Hart Trophy votes this season. He will be awesome.
