Doohicksie Posted January 10, 2018 Report Posted January 10, 2018 I may go to the draft this year since it's in Dallas. We'll see what else is going on my life at that point in time. Quote

Taro T Posted January 10, 2018 Report Posted January 10, 2018 I guess for some people I'm talking about actually going inside and sitting in the stands. Except for the Sabres picking Nylander, hanging out outside was a blast! Quote

Taro T Posted January 10, 2018 Report Posted January 10, 2018 They seem exciting on TV? Thus the smiley. And they actually ARE less exciting if you are in the stands watching (now) 31 tables worth of people sitting around outside of earshot. Quote
Doohicksie Posted January 10, 2018 Report Posted January 10, 2018 Some of the DFW Bills Backers have expressed an interest in both the NHL and NFL (at JerryWorld) drafts this year. Quote
Neo Posted January 10, 2018 Report Posted January 10, 2018 I'm starting to feel he is the best option for Buffalo outside Dahlin. Only downside is that he wont be NHL ready next season. Neither will be the Sabres. I can wait. Quote
Thorner Posted January 11, 2018 Report Posted January 11, 2018 ISS draft ranking update: http://www.isshockey.com/iss-top-31-january-2018/https://twitter.com/eliteprospects/status/951121434704785409 Tkachuck up to 2 Looks like we are getting a forward by means of BPA. Quote
Crusader1969 Posted January 11, 2018 Author Report Posted January 11, 2018 Looks like we are getting a forward by means of BPA. Thats only 1 list. Bunch of others have Dmen in the 2-5 range And Bouchard.... The cliff to me looks Ehlers and Draisaitl vs Bennett and Reinhart. I've watched quite of bit of knights hockey and I just don't see him being a top 10 pick. Then you look at the stats and the kid s lighting it up. With London trading away Jones, Thomas and Pu. It will be interesting to see if he can continue his torrid pace. Quote
Formerly Allan in MD Posted January 11, 2018 Report Posted January 11, 2018 ZADINA!! http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/nova-scotia/filip-zadina-halifax-mooseheads-2018-nhl-draft-1.4475463 Looks shorter than listed 6'0" Quote
LGR4GM Posted January 11, 2018 Report Posted January 11, 2018 (edited) Zadina, he wears 19 and I think 18 as well as #11 at various times. Depends on which league the video is from. At the 3:55 mark it switches to highlights from Mooseheads this season. Edited January 11, 2018 by SkuggaLiger Quote
Sabre1974 Posted January 12, 2018 Report Posted January 12, 2018 If we finish 30th which is likely am I right in saying that we can fall no lower than 6th in the lottery?? Quote

Sabre1974 Posted January 12, 2018 Report Posted January 12, 2018 If we finish 30th, the latest we can pick is 5th. Even better Though it should be 2nd Quote
LGR4GM Posted January 12, 2018 Report Posted January 12, 2018 Picks 1, 2, and 3 are in the lottery. So whatever place we finish just add +3 to it and you will know the lowest pick we could potentially have. Quote
