Scotty Posted August 7, 2017 Report Posted August 7, 2017 Today Season Ticket holders can purchase up to 8 tickets for the Winter Classic in NYC. I was thinking of buying two and trying to resell them or if a friend was interested in going selling them at cost. But....then the prices. Cheapest seat is $119 and the most expensive $449!! Ahh no thanks went to the first, and I don't need another mortgage to go to a baseball field to watch hockey. Quote
LGR4GM Posted August 7, 2017 Report Posted August 7, 2017 Oh yea the fake Buffalo home game because the league makes more revenue at the Garden so us. Quote
PromoTheRobot Posted August 7, 2017 Report Posted August 7, 2017 Watching hockey in a baseball stadium. No thanks. Quote
Sabre1974 Posted August 7, 2017 Report Posted August 7, 2017 i am just going to have to settle for Tampa v Pittsburgh on my next USA visit in october A flight from Orlando up to Buffalo for a game is very tempting, probably end up divorced if i tried that :) Quote
Taro T Posted August 7, 2017 Report Posted August 7, 2017 Had originally considered picking up a pair to sell to friends that might want to go, but just not worth the hassle IMHO. Will definitely be at the US-Canada outdoor game. Though definitely hope the weather holds up that day as the NHLN broadcast crew of the Junior Showcase said the backup plan if the weather doesn't work is to move that game into the MMarena & issue refunds after the 1st 19,500 tix sold. THAT would be an NHL-level cluster. (Of course, hoping the Winter Classic is a total cluster. :)) Quote
