agreed can't learn talent and he has it in spades, but yeh he can learn how to get stronger... and as was said above high school players don't do a lot of weight lifting... get him in UM personal trainers and turn that babyfat into muscle in a year he will be.

The college free agent thing is so over-rated. No top end prospect is going to stay in school and forego $900K for 2 or 3 years just to become a free agent in 4 years.

The college free agent thing is so over-rated. No top end prospect is going to stay in school and forego $900K for 2 or 3 years just to become a free agent in 4 years.

We've been burned by a grand total of one college guy we drafted in the last ten or so years. Clearly there's a trend here.

Kind of comparing apples and oranges with those two players.

If Casey gets to his junior year and doesn't look like an 8th overall pick that should be easily looking at his ELC being shoved at him by the Sabres, then Sabres haven't done their job scounting and developing a prospect.
