Wyldnwoody44 Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 9-0 shots In the 2nd....its all I've seen, but Nashville clearly looks like the better team Quote
Iron Crotch Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 I really wish Johansen wasn't hurt. Joey, Arvi, and Forsberg was the best line in hockey prior to the injury. Quote
Claude Balls Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 My tv is 135 inches. Like that one Mr. Burns has Lol Quote
Iron Crotch Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 The Preds got a lot better once the catfish hit the ice. :P Quote
Claude Balls Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 9-0 shots In the 2nd....its all I've seen, but Nashville clearly looks like the better team They were in the first period as well, except for about 5 minutes after the goal was overturned and Pitt getting a full 2 minute 5-3. Three quick goals and that could be enough for them to win a game they have absolutely no business being in. Quote

Pittsburgh likely plays a much different 2nd period if they weren't fortunate to get a big early lead. They seemed to be sitting back a fair bit. Probably not smart when comebacks have been so common this playoffs. Quote
Iron Crotch Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 The Pens have 4 even-strength shots through 40 minutes. ...yet, none of that matters if you have the lead. Quote
matter2003 Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 How the hell can a team go 26 minutes of game time without a shot on goal??? How is that even possible? Quote
ubkev Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 How the hell can a team go 26 minutes of game time without a shot on goal??? How is that even possible? There is no way that the Sabres haven't done this in the last 3 years. Quote
bunomatic Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 There is no way that the Sabres haven't done this in the last 3 years. Well at least not in the Stanley Cup finals :P Quote
Thorner Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 Another weak call. Not the best effort from the crew today. Quote
ubkev Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 They're working the wrong side of the ice. Boom! There it is! Back to the other side and you get a goal! Quote
Thorner Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 When did Oli Maatta get so terrible? He's basically Bogosian out there. Quote
GoPre Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 (edited) Tie game it is! Should be 4-3 Nashville though Edited May 30, 2017 by GoPre Quote
matter2003 Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 This has got to be some type of record for longest time without a shot on goal...they are almost at two full periods!! WTF are they doing?? And we thought the Sabres tried to protect leads??? Quote
Claude Balls Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 How the hell can a team go 26 minutes of game time without a shot on goal??? How is that even possible? And this is a team with Crosby, Malkin, Kessel etc. Hard to believe. Quote
Iron Crotch Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 Aw . Welp. It was a nice comeback to tie it up. Quote
Claude Balls Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 Knew that was gonna happen. 1 shot since Easter and it goes in. Pitt is so lucky. Quote
matter2003 Posted May 30, 2017 Report Posted May 30, 2017 Are you freaking kidding me? They get 1 shot in 37 minutes and they score on it?? Only Pittsburgh has luck like that Quote
