When Elmira folded I really expected the Pegulas to pick up the ECHL franchise and put them somewhere in the area. Maybe even in Harborcenter. Do you think a thousand fans would show for ECHL hockey in Buffalo?  On a side note, my Manchester Monarchs lost Game 7 at home to South Carolina yesterday, missing a chance to play in the Kelly Cup finals. :(

Did Cincinnati already have a hockey team. I swear, I lived in the natty for 3 years starting in 2009 and never once heard someone mention the word "hockey".
