He left his feet to propel himself at the head of an injured dude wearing a cage. If Couture got hurt the NHL would've suspended him for 2 games and the announcers would be talking about how dirty it was instead of gushing about him.

That is not what I saw at all. And I've had to watch the replay like 16 times so I'm positive he left early.

Nice to see Kassian finally turn into the player everybody thought he could have been five years ago. Never too late I guess.

Kassian is still a below average third liner. 24 points in 79 games this year. Larsson is a much better player.

 

I just googled Larsson and his full name is Johan Oskar Torgny Larsson. Hehehe

Rangers-Habs is an absolute track meet so far. Grabner was just shot out of a cannon and scored on a breakaway, pretty slick goal.

Also, one of the commentators just said that "the complexion of the team changed" in reference to the Subban-Weber trade. Poor choice of words there, eh?

Who would have thought...2 short-handed goals? Not sure if anybody saw he highlights but Kassian was running around and delivered a nice hit to the head then charged half way around the rink to hit another Shark...guess he gets away with all this crap at home. Either way, clearly even the Oilers coach who I never liked from San Jose has found how to best use kassian...that is a skill of a coach and unfortunately Blysma just doesn;t seem to be able to do that...instead he tries to get everyone to play the same way and the same system...
