darksabre Posted April 16, 2017 Report Posted April 16, 2017 When you kick the dog, you can't really complain when it bites you. Oh my god stop The game of the great white North, vs the confederacy The battle of Lackawanna was taken by admiral Millbank, However captain eichel has flanked his troops, he took over command from ensign Bylsma, who has now headed out west to search for gold. A siege will be coming from commander Murray and we will outlast the enemy. The Sabres will pierce the flesh of our enemies. It just occurred to me: Bylsma is George McClellan. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted April 16, 2017 Report Posted April 16, 2017 Oh my god stop Sure, as soon as people stop feeling sorry that we hurt poor Millbank's feelings for not giving him a big blue and white hug. Quote

TrueBlueGED Posted April 16, 2017 Report Posted April 16, 2017 It's not his fault you guys don't know how to have fun Not true. I had plenty of fun absurdly wishing injury on Matthews and Marner. It's not my fault Millbank cried like a baby who had his binky taken away. Quote
JJFIVEOH Posted April 16, 2017 Report Posted April 16, 2017 Do you think any league, hell, any corporation gives a flying ###### about it's workers? Butts in seats, TV's turned on, bottom line performance. That is all. Word Quote

millbank Posted April 16, 2017 Report Posted April 16, 2017 Wishing people injury and being pleased when a player gets injured is shameful . Those who do it are a disgrace . A number of you reasserted your comments it just doesn't get lower . Calling you weenies is a mild description Quote
WildCard Posted April 16, 2017 Author Report Posted April 16, 2017 Truly hope Matthews tears both ACLS and it's Marner fault Quote
Randall Flagg Posted April 16, 2017 Report Posted April 16, 2017 You guys are setting us up for Millbank coming back after Jack blows out his knees someday because buffalo. Quote
DarthEbriate Posted April 16, 2017 Report Posted April 16, 2017 I never wish injuries on players. But it's like my old explanation to a football fan who asked me if I wouldn't rather have the other team fully healthy so that I could enjoy the victory more... In the regular season, yes, sure. Because I want entertainment first and foremost from sports. But in the postseason I'd be just fine if pre-snap the right tackle fell to his left, knocked over the guard, and the guard the center, and the center the left guard, and the left guard the tackle. And they all blow their ACLs and PCLs. On the subsequent play the QB suffers a concussion and is out of the game because the coach thinks that a surprise pass is the best call. Come playoff time I have no problem accepting any injury to the opposition without regret or compassion. Whatever happens to help the Packers or Sabres win. Quote

ubkev Posted April 16, 2017 Report Posted April 16, 2017 So you're okay with that status quo? Yikes. OK as in I've accepted the fact that it will never change. And the depth of conversation this would require is something I'm not mentally capable of having. Quote

They still have talk to txt....as long as the leafs keep winning, he will be here, as soon as our GM and coach get their heads out of their @sses, the quicker we can have fun banter about this. Quote

Taro T Posted April 16, 2017 Report Posted April 16, 2017 I'll bet they can play from ahead Sadly, it doesn't look that way. Who knew? ;) Maybe this 2nd time won't leave a bad taste in their fans' mouths. Quote
Beer Posted April 16, 2017 Report Posted April 16, 2017 Cam Atkinson with 2 goals in less than 5 mins in the first. I'd love to see Columbus win this series. Quote
Taro T Posted April 16, 2017 Report Posted April 16, 2017 Did Fluery REALLY think he could hide the puck?!? What an ultramaroon. Werenski scored on a pp point shot. Puck went off the post/crossbar right into the back of the net & lodged between the camera, netting, & the net frame. Fluery was leaning on the net w/ his glove "hiding" the puck. The ruse did not work. What a schmuck. Quote
