Tondas Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 Linus has been solid, but he was out waaay too far on that one. Yeah, I was looking for someone to blame. Hard to fault either Linus or ERod. I think it was just a good play by the Lightning. Quote
CallawaySabres Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 Who again is going to drop out of the top 8 next year? Let's pray the Bills pull off a miracle....yeah right Quote
Brawndo Posted April 9, 2017 Author Report Posted April 9, 2017 Who again is going to drop out of the top 8 next year? Let's pray the Bills pull off a miracle....yeah right Rangers, Senators maybe Boston Shortie Quote
Doohicksie Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 Well that was brutal. Sabres: :w00t: Bolts:   Quote
Robviously Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 At the risk of jinxing both this game and the expansion draft, I really like Ullmark. Quote
Claude Balls Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 At least the refs are consistent.....consistently horrible. Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 I just need to say, that the Verizon center is wayyyyyyyy nicer than KBC, and it's already more fun.... Maybe winning helps Quote
nfreeman Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 BTW -- on the PP that led to the TB SHG, ROR had a truly terrible turnover in the Sabres' zone. It didn't result in the shortie, but it was the kind of lazy, sloppy, mediocre, undisciplined play that has defined the team this season. Quote
darksabre Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 I just need to say, that the Verizon center is wayyyyyyyy nicer than KBC, and it's already more fun.... Maybe winning helps Weird to think that the KBC is already 20 years old. Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 Weird to think that the KBC is already 20 years old. It's nice that everything here is connected.... There's a cinema and restaurants all in the building, windows overlooking the city as you are in upper levels, very modern... Sexy ice gals walking all over, good beer, giveaways everywhere. Not that I don't appreciate our sabres, but our arena kinda blows Quote
Tondas Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 Last time I wished this hard for a period to come and go, I was 16 and my girlfriend was 15. Quote
Ottosmagic13 Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 Ullmark doesn't have the same "I'm going to rip your head off and down the cavity" eyes that Lehner has. That said he also doesn't seem to let in soft goals between his arm and pants. Quote
Claude Balls Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 12 SOG through two periods. Way to have the team ready to play game 82 Danny boy. What a worthless coach he is. Yes, some of the blame is on the players, but these guys are so unprepared. What a joke. Quote
GoPre Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 (edited) I don't care how meaningless a game is. Most of us played sports growing up. Which means most of us were on at least one team that blew and had end of season games that meant nothing. Point I'm trying to make is each game I played was at 110%. Didn't matter if we were playoff bound or not. Each Sabre should be thinking the same thing. Simply pathetic Joe Smoe is willing to do it, but professionals are not. JJFIVEOH Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 Murray would be foolish to not try to sign Nilsson next year. Quote

Claude Balls Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 I hope to God that when the Sabres start winning they get rid of those depressing commercials. Quote
Huckleberry Posted April 9, 2017 Report Posted April 9, 2017 Murray would be foolish to not try to sign Nilsson next year. If cal petersen signs, we have no use for Nilsson, unless Ulmark gets nabbed at expension which I highly doubt. I hope to God that when the Sabres start winning they get rid of those depressing ###### commercials. Veins Veins Veins :p Quote

I don't understand it either. Quote

Veins Veins Veins :P If Lehner gets hurt next year, I don't want the season to be riding on the shoulders of either one of those guys. Peterson has zero experience, and Ullmark hasn't been tearing up the AHL. I think Nilsson is a much better alternative at this point. Just my two cents. Quote
