Brawndo Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 (edited) Our old friends make a visit today and the Sabres have the chance to play spoilers. A Sabres win tonight drops the Leafs Playoff Chances from 99 to 92%. Nylander expected to make his NHL debut. It will be interesting to see if any Sabre has unexplained facial bruising today Edited April 3, 2017 by BRAWNDO Quote
SwampD Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Good god. How many more of these are there? Quote
inkman Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 It will be interesting to see if any Sabre has unexplained facial bruising today  Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Please beat the stupid Leafs. I care about precisely two things the rest of the season: beating the Leafs and Jack finishing at a point per game. Quote
darksabre Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 It'd be nice if we could get Ullmark up here for a couple of games. Quote
GoPre Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Probably the last game of the season I'm looking forward to. Toronto will want to make up for the last game. Seeing Nylander in a Sabres uniform will be cool. Hope he actually gets playing time. Sabres can hurt Toronto's seeding for the playoffs. Possibly, not likely, help Tampa leap Toronto for a playoff spot. That would be sweet. Quote
Mustache of God Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Lines I hope to see tonight: Kane - ROR - Ennis Nylander- Eichel - Foligno CJ Smith - Reinhart - Gionta Carrier - Girgensons - Moulson Rodriguez and D-Lo scratched. Quote
Samson's Flow Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Lines I hope to see tonight: Kane - ROR - Ennis Nylander- Eichel - Foligno CJ Smith - Reinhart - Gionta Carrier - Girgensons - Moulson Rodriguez and D-Lo scratched. Knowing DD I can almost guarantee you will not see that tonight. Nylander will probably be 4th line center. Beat the leafs. After tonight, the Sabres can do whatever for the rest of the year. I have as much apathy as one can for a guy who spends time on a Sabres specific message board every day and meets strangers from the internet in a seedy back room at a bar. :bag: Quote

Brawndo Posted April 3, 2017 Author Report Posted April 3, 2017 Lehner in net Okposo still out Nylander indeed will start on the third line. Probably will get some shifts with Jack and Sam Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Lehner again, we all know how well that works in back to backs.... God DD, you are just bad Quote
WildCard Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Lehner again, we all know how well that works in back to backs.... God DD, you are just bad He's going to get absolutely lit up If that does happen, hopefully it's so bad that he gets pulled and there's some giant meltdown after the game where him and Byslma fight. Anything that adds turmoil to this team is good in my book Quote
Sabel79 Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Lehner again, we all know how well that works in back to backs.... God DD, you are just bad Of course, Nillson is also demonstrably bad, which becomes more notable as the sample size grows larger. Huge shoulder shrug. NHL Network game. Unsure if I'll make the effort to actually watch this live. But hey, there's baseball. Quote
Sabres Fan in NS Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 MUST WIN!! We always have to beat these guys. Really. My hatred of the Leaves and everything about Toronto is growing by the day. GO SABRES!! Quote

darksabre Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Lehner again, we all know how well that works in back to backs.... God DD, you are just bad I dunno, Lehner had plenty of time off and he looked like garbage last night. I figure he'll look good tonight. Quote
GoPre Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Thread title says MSG. Do we know which one it is for sure? Just checked NHL Network. Sabres/Leafs will be on NHL Network tonight. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 The game should still be on MSG, though. it only comes off of MSG when it's played on NBCSN, right? Quote
SwampD Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 The game should still be on MSG, though. it only comes off of MSG when it's played on NBCSN, right? Except for out of market. I think it gets blacked out on NHL.TV. Quote
MattPie Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Except for out of market. I think it gets blacked out on NHL.TV. Gamecenter usually gets blacked out though, which is annoying for me. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Leafs fan suggested trade in their GDT: Bracco, JVR, and Hunwick for Ristolainen, A. Nylander. Quote
