This team has completely taken on the identity of their loser coach. The team I see on the ice is the coach I hear after games. 

 

We need to start next season with him far, far away from this franchise, and at this rate we certainly will.

Because we are the 3rd worst team at even strength both in terms of possession and scoring in the entire NHL, and most of us believe our talent is not of the tanking Avs tier.

Also, for those who insist that all systems are basically the same, the Justin Schultz we saw out there today, who has over 40 points on the season (and leads the team in +/- hehe) was widely considered the worst regular defenseman in the entire NHL a little over a year ago.

Same.  Not a fan of this coach, but Bogo was really bad tonight and Reinhart struggled in our end too.  Malkin and Crosby are still way better than our best players. In a few years that won't be the case.  Tired of waiting for it, but it is what it is.

Most of the time when we picked up the puck in our zone we just flipped it back to the Pens. Not even an attempt to possess the puck for even a few seconds. Coaching? Conditioning? Players? ...who knows. But, this was a carbon copy of the Preds game a week ago.
