MODO Hockey Posted March 4, 2017 Report Posted March 4, 2017 There is still a chance, even if its tinier than a mosquito we still have to believe, i do. God would it be the most epic game ever if the game vs Toronto will be the difference between playoff or not the 25th of march Team status:Kyle Okposo was absent after leaving the game in the second period on Sunday with an injury to his rib area. Bylsma did not have an update on his status other than to say he would not be playing in Buffalo's game against Tampa Bay on Saturday. Robin Lehner was also absent from practice, although Bylsma said the absence was excused and not injury related. He'll start one of Buffalo's back-to-back games on Saturday or Sunday and Anders Nilssonwill start the other. Here's how Buffalo's lines stacked up in full on Friday: 9 Evander Kane - 90 Ryan O'Reilly - 12 Brian Gionta82 Marcus Foligno - 15 Jack Eichel - 23 Sam Reinhart63 Tyler Ennis - 71 Evan Rodrigues - 26 Matt Moulson56 Justin Bailey - 28 Zemgus Girgensons - 44 Nicolas Deslauriers Defensemen: 29 Jake McCabe, 55 Rasmus Ristolainen, 77 Dmitry Kulikov, 47 Zach Bogosian, 4 Josh Gorges, 6 Cody Franson, 41 Justin FalkPersonally, YOU BETTER WIN BOYS CUZ AS IT LOOKS NOW IM COMIN' FOH YA AZZ THE 25'TH OF MARCH! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qhkE8O2e5RE Quote

Sabres Fan in NS Posted March 4, 2017 Report Posted March 4, 2017 MODO with the awesome GDT. We can't lose now. Just win, baby. I hope they did not use up 3 games worth of goals for in the last game. GO SABRES!! Quote
thewookie1 Posted March 4, 2017 Report Posted March 4, 2017 MODO with the GDT, He shoots, he scores! Quote
Brawndo Posted March 4, 2017 Report Posted March 4, 2017 (edited) Bylsma: Lehner starts, Deslauriers is in. No recall coming. Only have two recalls left, saving them for now Edited March 4, 2017 by BRAWNDO Quote
Brawndo Posted March 4, 2017 Report Posted March 4, 2017 Okposo out week-to-week with the rib injury., Bylsma says similar injury to Kane Quote
R_Dudley Posted March 4, 2017 Report Posted March 4, 2017 Tampa played in PGH last night and for a good portion it was a tight fast paced game until the Pens broke it open in the 3rd period. We are the better rested team so I would like to see us jump on them for an early lead and keep it this time. On a next game note the Pens look in playoff form and had several 5 on 5 zone pressures for extended periods that looked like power plays last night. Hansiey and Strait, deadline pickups played big minutes and fit right in, those 2 were available at the deadline and would have helped the Sabres backend immediately but I guess our GM wasn't interested or maybe not really looking. These next two games are a serious test for where this team is, and how far along we really are. Quote
CallawaySabres Posted March 4, 2017 Report Posted March 4, 2017 My gut tells me ot loss tonight and terrible loss tomorrow.....hopefully wrong Quote
LTS Posted March 4, 2017 Report Posted March 4, 2017 Regardless of what happens in the game... that GDT starter was epic enough for me to feel good. I'll miss tonight's game as I will be at the Amerks game instead. Enjoy! Quote
Sabre fan Posted March 4, 2017 Report Posted March 4, 2017 we seem to always lose to Tampa Bay yet always beat Ottawa a similar team...so tired of these injuries...now KO down with a serious rib injury like Kane's...great there goes his season pretty-well. The way jack is going, if he'd been healthy from the start we'd be in the playoffs and he'd be in the top10 scoring...anyways, GO SABRES GO ... Quote
MODO Hockey Posted March 4, 2017 Author Report Posted March 4, 2017 Wont be able to watch tonights game, going to bed now, work tomorrow. sigh!Hoping to wake up and see we have a win Quote

thewookie1 Posted March 4, 2017 Report Posted March 4, 2017 The only way we win is if Eichel carries us, so we at very least we have a shot. Quote
