Billznut Posted March 3, 2017 Report Posted March 3, 2017 Eichel should never give the puck to idiots like Gorges. Automatic turnover. As displayed for the 200th time this year Quote

Huckleberry Posted March 3, 2017 Report Posted March 3, 2017 Still would like to see Reinhart center a 3rd line, but as a 1 PP unit, I don't think there is a better one in the league. Even with our sucky zone entries. Quote
Doohicksie Posted March 3, 2017 Report Posted March 3, 2017 Nice feature on Evander. He's playing well. Quote
Beer Posted March 3, 2017 Report Posted March 3, 2017 Nice feature on Evander. He's playing well. I think he's matured this year and it has helped his game. He's got a lot of confidence. I hope it's not a fluke and he comes back next season playing the same. Quote
Thorner Posted March 3, 2017 Report Posted March 3, 2017 (edited) I'm as big a proponent of Reinhart at centre as anyone, but it can't be denied that him and Eichel have amazing chemistry. I guess that's what the PP is for. It would be something nice to have in the coach's back pocket when say down and needing a goal, temporarily throwing them together. 39 points in 43 games for Jack is darned impressive, especially coming off the injury. When the team is performing poorly like they have been, at least we can always enjoy having Jack. If Jack gets one more point today, he'll be on pace to pass his total from last year. In 20 less games. Edited March 3, 2017 by Thorny Quote
Billznut Posted March 3, 2017 Report Posted March 3, 2017 What we need is another Eichel type player. We will have to hope Nilander develops into the offensive force in 1-2 years that the front office saw when drafting him. Quote
Doohicksie Posted March 3, 2017 Report Posted March 3, 2017 Foligno versus Connauton: FINISH HIM. Quote
Doohicksie Posted March 3, 2017 Report Posted March 3, 2017 Girgs is playing a heavy game. That whole line is tough to play against tonight. Quote
bunomatic Posted March 3, 2017 Report Posted March 3, 2017 Had Foligno scored that would have been worth a jump. Quote
Iron Crotch Posted March 3, 2017 Report Posted March 3, 2017 We just ran into a hot team last game. Arizona is far worse than Nashville. Quote

SwampD Posted March 3, 2017 Report Posted March 3, 2017 Why when five on five does a guy at the blue line get to get off such an uncontested shot? That is criminal. Quote
Nitro60 Posted March 3, 2017 Report Posted March 3, 2017 Why when five on five does a guy at the blue line get to get off such an uncontested shot? That is criminal. I will assume that is the coach's philosophy. Quote
