Sabres Fan in NS Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 That guy knows no bounds. Oh, yeah ... GO SABRES!! Quote
bunomatic Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 That guy knows no bounds. Oh, yeah ... GO SABRES!! You talkin about Lehner ? No that can't be. That would be rebounds. Sorry. Carry on. Is reinhart recovered from flu? Hope so. Going to need him today. Quote
darksabre Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 Lehner starting. Hooo boy. He got work last night. Not sure I like this at all. Quote
bob_sauve28 Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 Go Sabres Any word on Samson? Quote
Norcal Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 I wonder if the president is mistaking briefings about potential attacks and announcing them as having happened? Weird. Go Sabres!!! Quote
WildCard Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 (edited) Lehner starting. Hooo boy. He got work last night. Not sure I like this at all.Gonna give up 4 at the very least. Good thing he played an afternoon game yesterday though, and the Hawks are coming off a night game Edited February 19, 2017 by WildCard Quote
DarthEbriate Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 Go Sabres, make it four in a row, we need our Kane to be better than their Kane. I didn't think this would be the case, especially given our Kane's injury to start the season. But our Kane has more goals than their Kane. Sir, in the last 8 seasons the odds of successfully defeating the Blackhawks are approximately 11 to 1. Never tell me the odds! Quote

Did anyone watch the Hawks vs. Oil last night? Are they going to be tired? Quote
darksabre Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 ???? GO SABRES! Did anyone watch the Hawks vs. Oil last night? Are they going to be tired? The stats make it look like they worked the Oilers over but got crap goaltending from Crawford, while Talbot stoned them. Not sure how to read that, but I assume the Blackhawks are the Blackhawks and they'll be ready to play. Quote
I-90 W Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 Not sure what the recent record is but it feels like Chicago always beats us when we are home; how nice would it be to go into the bye week tied for a playoff spot! Quote

We haven't beaten Chicago since 2010 or 2011...which means we're due. Quote

I-90 W Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 This is the kind of game where a win gets me to honestly buy in. I think alot of us feel that way. Not to mention we're healthy now and have a couple of easy games after our bye week. We could be sitting pretty going into March. Is Sam back tonight or still sick? Quote
Huckleberry Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 Going to walk dog, have a few beers and be back in time for this one :D Quote
WildCard Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 Still haven't seen anything on Reinhart Quote

MODO Hockey Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 Thanks for a great GDT, JSB. This nut is just way to hard to crack tonight, if we get 1 point from tonights game im gonna be really happy. Blackhawks has won 5 games in a row vs Sabres, lets hope we can steal 1 point, that counts as a victory for my point of view. But hey, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qhkE8O2e5RE Quote
pi2000 Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 This is the kind of game where a win gets me to honestly buy in. Buy in to the idea they can make the playoffs? I'm not taking the bait. They still only have a 17% chance to get in if they win today. Quote

Two or less Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 Buy in to the idea they can make the playoffs? I'm not taking the bait. They still only have a 17% chance to get in if they win today. I'm happy the Sabres have made it exciting, but i'm still far from believing they can make a run. If things stay relatively good during our bye week and we come out of the bye with two wins then i think i'll have no choice but to take the bait. But we know how inconsistent these guys are and how poorly teams do after bye weeks, not playing a whole week and then dropping 2-3 points to Colorado and Arizona would be a knock out punch for this team.
