Randall Flagg Posted February 12, 2017 Report Posted February 12, 2017 This I get. What I thought people were saying was DDB tells his players to stop trying because they are winning by too much. You may have been right, people here really don't like Bylsma! Quote
DarthEbriate Posted February 12, 2017 Report Posted February 12, 2017 (edited) Really? 3 Sabres stand there a look at the loose puck and Toronto player takes is. Communication mix-up. Bailey's got to take charge and just take it, use his speed. O'Reilly will react accordingly. We are so eager to dump the puck (give it away freely) when we have a lead, rather than possessing and attacking. We have the space, we're just coached not to take it. That's the maddening part. We could have this 3rd period at even puck possession if we only tried to. Edited February 12, 2017 by DarthEbriate Quote
Randall Flagg Posted February 12, 2017 Report Posted February 12, 2017 We are going to lose this game. Jesus. Quote
3putt Posted February 12, 2017 Report Posted February 12, 2017 Bailey does not think at an NHL speed yet. That is my assessment as well. He also has to simplify his game. Use your size, go to the net. Quote
Nitro60 Posted February 12, 2017 Report Posted February 12, 2017 Take the man! Push him off the puck. Geez Quote
SwampD Posted February 12, 2017 Report Posted February 12, 2017 Bailey does not think at an NHL speed yet. Hopefully his brain will catch up to his body, cuz he's got NHL speed. Quote
