Eleven Posted January 25, 2018 Report Posted January 25, 2018 Sam Bradford? If I get a UFA QB, I still might take one in the draft. I would also draft in the first 3 rounds at least 2 offensive linemen. Protect your QB I'd love Bradford here. And yes I would still take one in the draft. Just maybe not in the first round. And the team needs two OL and one DT in the first three rounds, too.
Brawndo Posted January 25, 2018 Report Posted January 25, 2018 I took Beane’s Comments as they were just starting to assign value to various positions and they hadn’t decided whether or not to attempt to move up. That said I doubt they move up, unless their guy drops out of the Top Ten when prices fall
That Aud Smell Posted January 25, 2018 Report Posted January 25, 2018 What I heard indicated that they're approaching the issue the right way. It will be interesting to watch how it unfolds.
Randall Flagg Posted January 25, 2018 Report Posted January 25, 2018 I know we need guys in the trenches and at LB really badly, but I also reeeeally like that Oklahoma State WR Washington. No idea where he'll go though.
JujuFish Posted January 25, 2018 Report Posted January 25, 2018 I'd love Bradford here. You'd put Bradford above Brees, Garoppolo, and Cousins? Or do you mean 3 realistic UFAs (which would likely knock Brees and Garoppolo out)?

LGR4GM Posted January 26, 2018 Report Posted January 26, 2018 Everything just reinforces my thoughts on Allen. Great arm. Everything is questionable. Baker Mayfield is better.
TrueBlueGED Posted January 26, 2018 Report Posted January 26, 2018 Everything just reinforces my thoughts on Allen. Great arm. Everything is questionable. Baker Mayfield is better. Allen reminds me so much of Joe Flacco. Cannon arm, no touch or accuracy. But he's a tall white dude in the pocket, so somebody is going to take him

Brawndo Posted January 26, 2018 Report Posted January 26, 2018 I’m starting to get intrigued with Kyle Lauletta https://www.ndtscouting.com/solak-post-senior-bowl-practices-qb-rankings/

Stay away Bills Everything just reinforces my thoughts on Allen. Great arm. Everything is questionable. Baker Mayfield is better.Thoughts on a trade up for him? in what round? Not sure, one site has him as a Seventh Rounder, another not even in their Top Ten but he seems like the type of QB the Pats would take early and be called geniuses for it Edited January 26, 2018 by Brawndo

LGR4GM Posted January 26, 2018 Report Posted January 26, 2018 I wouldn't trade up if it cost more than 21 and 22.
LGR4GM Posted January 26, 2018 Report Posted January 26, 2018 If I could trade up with San Fran or the Bears with Baker Mayfield still on the board and all it would cost is 21 and 22, I might do it.
That Aud Smell Posted January 26, 2018 Report Posted January 26, 2018 Anyone see this bit of footage? https://twitter.com/NickiJhabvala/status/956228021945618437/video/1 (Sorry it can't embed.) I want no part of a physically impressive QB prospect who's inaccurate. None. EJ was a physical specimen. I remember shaking his hand when I saw him in downtown Buffalo after the draft, and his hand just, like, enveloped mine. I was like "whoa! this guy's a horse!" And then he couldn't throw darts into smallish windows. Please, please, Bills -- pass on Allen.

He is a senior. How much more growth do we expect?
LGR4GM Posted January 26, 2018 Report Posted January 26, 2018 Apparently some Bills starter sustained a serious injury and it will be announced Monday. WGR reporting.
That Aud Smell Posted January 26, 2018 Report Posted January 26, 2018 Twitter ablaze with rumour that the Bills are going to hold a press conference (?!) on Monday (?!) to discuss a serious injury to a starter from the O-side of the ball. So odd.
Gramps Posted January 26, 2018 Report Posted January 26, 2018 Apparently some Bills starter sustained a serious injury and it will be announced Monday. WGR reporting. Nathan Peterman suffered a severely bruised ego when it was learned the Bills were talking to Mason Rudolph.
The Dominator Posted January 26, 2018 Report Posted January 26, 2018 (edited) How often does a team hold an off-season press conference about an injured player? Does anyone remember if Buffalo did that the year Kiko tore his ACL lifting in the offseason? Edited January 26, 2018 by The Dominator
That Aud Smell Posted January 26, 2018 Report Posted January 26, 2018 The fact that they're having a presser, that several sources know, but won't say who or what, leads me to infer that it's going to be a sad, career-ending sort of thing.

Kyle Williams is retiring maybe? The Offensive line and injury thing is a smokescreen? Edited January 26, 2018 by SkuggaLiger
WildCard Posted January 26, 2018 Author Report Posted January 26, 2018 Have a feeling it's McCoy or Benjamin
