JujuFish Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017     Serious question: When McDermott said he thought Peterman gave them the best chance to win, was he lying, or just completely incompetent? Maybe he's been on the tank train all season long, like we were saying in the preseason, but he didn't want the bad press of a tank.
Drunkard Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 Any more and we'll see TT. Let's hope you're right because that was number 4 and he can't even blame the last one on the pass protection. I think they'll leave him in though, unfortunately.
Stoner Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 Is that Mr. Kruger from Seinfeld doing the color commentary?
inkman Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017     Serious question: When McDermott said he thought Peterman gave them the best chance to win, was he lying, or just completely incompetent? Jesus told him during a wrestling match
Drunkard Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 Good job Tate! Take a knee and we get the ball at the 25.
Stoner Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 Jesus told him during a wrestling match
JujuFish Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 A punt! Progress! Next drive, maybe a first down. Drive after that, the comeback is on.
TrueBlueGED Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 As much as I'm enjoying the McDermott snark in a self-loathing Buffalo fan kind of way...he really can't keep tossing Peterman out there, can he? He should've been intercepted a fifth time!
sodbuster Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 Does he put TT back out at halftime?
inkman Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 Does he put TT back out at halftime? As part of the halftime show? Like to dance a jig or something?
TrueBlueGED Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 Does he put TT back out at halftime? He should, but part of me thinks if he were going to bench Peterman, he would have by now.
inkman Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 When do the Chargers put in their 3rd string? This is embarrassing.

TrueBlueGED Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 Where's Flagg Until proven otherwise, I'm just assuming he's busy plotting McDermott's assassination. What's the NFL record for picks in a game? Seems like it'd be 6 or 7, but I'm honestly not sure.
sodbuster Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 (edited) Well, there's 5. Gotta pull him now. There's no way he stays in. Edited November 19, 2017 by sodbuster
Drunkard Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 Does he put TT back out at halftime? He better. I'm not completely sure Peterman can even throw a spiral at this point. That last throw was putrid.
TrueBlueGED Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 Has a coach ever apologized to an entire locker room at halftime before? Because McDermott should probably do that.

inkman Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 Has a coach ever apologized to an entire locker room at halftime before? Because McDermott should probably do that. Generally people in his position aren't given the chance as they are relieved of duties first. Whatever the process is, I don't trust it anymore.
Stoner Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 I could be all wet, but I take the Peterman start as all about evaluation in a playoff game-like setting, which should have a lot more value than starting him with two or three weeks to go and you're out of it. So to me it's all about seeing what you have, knowing your team isn't good enough now. Not about the proverbial "best chance to win." If I'm right, maybe we're seeing that, just like the Sabres, when the players smell a tank, the results are pretty predictable. Has a coach ever apologized to an entire locker room at halftime before? Because McDermott should probably do that. Terry should apologize to everyone for opening his flip phone and calling in the lineup change to the coach. #dollarstodonuts
WildCard Posted November 19, 2017 Author Report Posted November 19, 2017 Peterman has thrown more picks in 20m than Tyrod has all season
