My vote is for some kind of hot sandwich with melted cheese. A philly cheese steak works. In Brooklyn there is a Cuban sandwich that is good enough that I would order it outside the arena.

Arena nachos are only acceptable because of the general failure of most all arena food.  Salty, crunchy, cheesy works.  But in this case it works only at the lowest common denominator level.  Backhanded praise at best.

 

At an arena I'd rather buy a bag of in shell peanuts to eat with my beer.

I do like the in-shell peanut. I'm also one of those weird people who likes to eat a few shell and all. Not too many, just a couple. That salt is just so good.
