My two year old just closed the gate we have at the top of the stairs because “don’t want dada fall down stairs”. How old does he think I am?

How old or how drunk?

Gonna throw this out there.

Anyone wanna climb Mt. Kiliminjaro? It's on my bucket list, plus I can then cross off Tanzania.

Not sure if there would be much interest due to cost, time, etc. But I think this would be fun if a group of like minded $hitheads went together 😘

Back in 2014 I was supposed to go to Tajikistan for 3 months before deploying to Afghanistan. Two weeks before I was supposed to leave, my seat to Tajikistan was pulled. That trip to Tajikistan was to pay to climb Kilimanjaro. Still on my list, don’t know when I’ll ever get to it now.

That is so cool. I have heard it is relatively easy, as far as mountains go, more like a really long hike. I watched an IMAX movie about it years ago and it was awesome to see the transition from jungle to arctic tundra near the equator.

I have done two trips this year and we are planning a month in Europe for next summer so my dance card is full.

Enjoy and send some pictures.

I'm in Elbonia right now or I would.

The flag of Elbonia, by one of the Pegula kids.

Can you bring back some Elbonian mud for me?  I'll pay you back.

Rick Dudley looks like an airbrushed version of Rick Dudley.

76 years old. He reminds me of those little old ladies that dye their hair some ridiculously unnatural shade of red.

Actually, looking at that again… did he borrow a sports coat from someone bigger than him?

Nah, it's the same one he wore to Tim Horton's funeral.  You can tell by the wider than currently in style lapels.

Heard he was pretty proud of it still fitting after all this time.

i saw that as well. my bet is that he just lost a bunch of weight and doesn't particularly care that his suit jacket is ill fitting. which is weird - given how careful he is about colouring his hair (and beard).

OMG look at you guys paying attention to fashion.  I never would have looked at that picture and thought, "That coat doesn't fit him."

To be fair, that took me a few hours.

My wife just told her mother “the other day I caught him (my 2 year old son) licking the fridge”. Her immediate response was “who?”. Given that I’m the only other male in this house, I’m not crazy about that response.
