Taro T Posted December 2, 2016 Report Posted December 2, 2016 Anyone know why? No Kulikov, no Bogosian. Gorges unable to practice today due to taking a puck off the foot. Nelson next up in Ra-cha-cha (bad things, man, bad things). Quote
Hank Posted December 2, 2016 Author Report Posted December 2, 2016 I'm excited to see Guhle, I hope he gets at least 15 minutes. Risto and McCabe may see over 30 minutes Quote
Taro T Posted December 2, 2016 Report Posted December 2, 2016 I'm excited to see Guhle, I hope he gets at least 15 minutes. Provided it's not because they broke another one, that would be a good thing. If all are healthy & #6 on the food chain gets 15 minutes, your team is probably doing a good job of handling the other team's lines & the game is out of hand enough in your favor that the coach isn't going through a roll of Tums on each shift. ;) Quote
bob_sauve28 Posted December 2, 2016 Report Posted December 2, 2016 Does anyone know anything about when Kulikov is going to be back? Quote
K-9 Posted December 3, 2016 Report Posted December 3, 2016 Does anyone know anything about when Kulikov is going to be back? GMTM said yesterday Kulikov was day to day and has been skating on his own. He said next step would be a morning skate and then a practice. Quote

beerme1 Posted December 3, 2016 Report Posted December 3, 2016 Hello. I'm a GMTM worshipper and I wish this was not happening. I want Guhle to season and all and I believe he needs Roch time this year and maybe even next.  I know Josh has many haters but he is the old man rock on the team. Losing him means that honor is bestowed to Cody who had a great game against the rags imo. He is equally able to play a really bad game next. Bogo haters also hate Cody I'm guessing but we need a vet. Not throwing a kid into the fire although that is the way the league has gone but I don't want this one potentially special D in the pipeline rushed and forced to be our lean on. This kid is my ace in the hole. Paul Coffey suddenly showing up and running the show type. My hope is his presence makes Risto a number 2. Don't rush this. Quote
Taro T Posted December 3, 2016 Report Posted December 3, 2016 So I'm going tomorrow. Â Any idea what number Rip gives him? Â 85? Â 1134? Â e? 867-5309. ;) Â So you up for meeting up at Irish Times MINUS a massive snowstorm? Quote
Eleven Posted December 3, 2016 Report Posted December 3, 2016 867-5309. ;) Â So you up for meeting up at Irish Times MINUS a massive snowstorm? Â I'd like to, but I'm taking my father, so it's pretty unlikely. Quote
Huckleberry Posted December 3, 2016 Report Posted December 3, 2016 Can we even send him back ? Â don't know the rules but if we can't I think its a bad move. Quote
Brawndo Posted December 3, 2016 Report Posted December 3, 2016 Can we even send him back ? Â don't know the rules but if we can't I think its a bad move. Yes as soon as Gorges returns to the lineup, he has to return to juniors. If he plays 9 games his ELC will kick in Quote
Huckleberry Posted December 3, 2016 Report Posted December 3, 2016 apparently nelson was injured as well, there really wasn't anyone else left. Quote
inkman Posted December 3, 2016 Report Posted December 3, 2016 apparently nelson was injured as well, there really wasn't anyone else left.Tyson Strachan would disagree. Â Â The Amerks still have a pretty competent D. Not sure how that worked out. Quote
dudacek Posted December 3, 2016 Report Posted December 3, 2016 Pretty sure Strachan is not Sabre property, strictly an Americans contract. Now, they could have just as easily signed him to a PTO or something. Quote
Doohicksie Posted December 3, 2016 Report Posted December 3, 2016 But Rochester still needs to have enough D to play games, innit? Quote
nfreeman Posted December 3, 2016 Report Posted December 3, 2016 If nothing else, this means that GMTM still sees NHL potential in Guhle. Quote
bunomatic Posted December 3, 2016 Report Posted December 3, 2016 If nothing else, this means that GMTM still sees NHL potential in Guhle. or he's showcasing him ? no, forget that. We need all the help we can get on D. Quote
