JJFIVEOH
Nilsson looks shaky again tonight. It was just a matter of time before he came back down to Earth.
Doohicksie
The Rangers have played a perfectly clean game so far to this point, eh? :death:
North Buffalo
Is Risto becoming Kalinin 2.0 cant hit the net from the point?
qwksndmonster
Our point men have played really well this period, despite being hung out to dry by forwards telegraphing their passes. This was mostly in the first 5 minutes of the period.
Tondas
McCabe/Risto is becoming a good 1st pair.
bunomatic
Is Risto becoming Kalinin 2.0 cant hit the net from the point? Most of these guys couldn't hit the barn side of a broad
Randall Flagg
Moulson really likes to roof his shots. Probably could have found space under Lundqvist's arm there but he put it right into his upper chest Edit: didn't see that quite right the first time. Jacque Richard
Schoney one tough player. Nice to see a real hockey player Edited December 2, 2016 by Jacque Richard
Randall Flagg
2 squeaky clean New York Rangers periods. Alright.
Iron Crotch
Not a bad period. IMHO, you need your goalie to bail you out with a big save every once in a while and unfortunately we didn't get that.

woods-racer
This is fun hockey. Bad refs and a few mental lapses and all.
bunomatic
I just came in half way through the 2nd. Have there been no Buff powerplays yet ?

Randall Flagg
I just came in half way through the 2nd. Have there been no Buff powerplays yet ? Penalties committed by the Rangers? Plenty. Buffalo power plays? None.
qwksndmonster
I just came in half way through the 2nd. Have there been no Buff powerplays yet ?No BUF powerplays. Rags have 2 PP goals. The first pp goal was from a penalty that got called on Foligno because a Ranger ran into his own net trying to go behind the goal.
North Buffalo
Fun game to watch though nice to Sabres skating, McCabe Risto good pair, Fedune Falk good pair and I am not minding Gorges Franson, though Kulikov Bogo should be 2nd pair and Fedune seems to play well with Falk. I just came in half way through the 2nd. Have there been no Buff powerplays yet ?No Rags getting away with some glaring non calls. Rags have 2 powerplays goals on 2 powerplays. woods-racer
Angry Larry Or Grumpy Larry According to Brian Duff it's what Larsson is called in the locker room. Blows the theory that all Swedes fit the MODO mold. MODO is truely a special gift.
Tondas
So far, a good game from the boys. If not for the 2 BS PP goals, we're up with one of the best teams in the league.

Tondas
I think Franson is a very smart player with great instincts. He just doesn't have the athletic talent to be great.
Randall Flagg
I think Franson is a very smart player with great instincts. He just doesn't have the athletic talent to be great. I agree with this. Every laps he has is related to his positioning, and is usually from a fluky bounce or something unexpected. It'd be great if we were healthy/good enough to have him on the third pair with a guy who can move and is better than he is.
