LGR4GM Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 (edited) Well, he shouldn't be near the damn PK anyways DD also saying on WGR that he an coach how he wants to know, with a fast game instead of slow responsible hockey I hate how he coaches. Like if you're serious he's the biggest baby ever. Edited November 29, 2016 by LGR4GM Quote
Stoner Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 (edited) Shout-out to that first Jack-is-floating observation in the GDT. I'm betting we see such a post in this one (GDT). Jack will be fine... if he moves his feet. WTH? Is Dan drunk? Has Jack ever been on th PK? I'm sure he killed some penalties last year. (30:28 of SH ice time to be exact.) I hope he plays tonight. And I hope he's READY to play tonight. I will admit to having had the thought that this seems a bit rushed. Edited November 29, 2016 by PASabreFan Quote

That Aud Smell Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 Jack will be fine... if he moves his feet. Bingo. I will admit to having had the thought that this seems a bit rushed. Well - the prognosis was 6-8 weeks. He's just about smack dab at 7 weeks now. Quote
MODO Hockey Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 Well, he shouldn't be near the damn PK anyways DD also saying on WGR that he can coach how he wants to now, with a fast game instead of slow responsible hockey WildCard, your slacking! :D Quote
Huckleberry Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 going to try and catch this game :D Quote
WildCard Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 WildCard, your slacking! :DI know  Honestly I just don't have the time for it anymore. I tried early on and I can't swing it any longer Quote
dudacek Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 DD also saying on WGR that he can coach how he wants to now, with a fast game instead of slow responsible hockey More proof that the boring game and the lack of offensive creativity we've seen so far this year was by design. How successful was that Dan? Would we really have been worse off if kids like Reinhart, Baptiste and Girgensons were allowed to play and learn? Quote

How successful was that Dan? Would we really have been worse off if kids like Reinhart, Baptiste and Girgensons were allowed to play and learn? I'm no DD fan but I can understand the thought process. Lose your best weapon, go full on 95 NJ Devils. Pack it all in and limit your chances against. Unfortunately, the execution was Abysmal (pretty sure you can construct Bylsma with those letters). I guess I'll be excited to see them open it, supposedly. Quote
Derrico Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 Looking forward to seeing Jack. But may be more excited to see if we can get last year's Reinhart back now. Quote
Samson's Flow Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 Guess who's back, back again Jack is back - tell a friend Jack is back, Jack is back, Jack is back interested to see DDB's new "open fast offensive style" as long as it is nothing like the style we have been seeing for two months now. I'll believe it when I see it. I'm old enough to remember last season when we chipped and chased while trapping the neutral zone, all with a healthy Eichel. But I'm not going to contaminate Jack's return with this when we have like 3 Bylsma bashing threads. So go Sabres! Quote

There was a healthy amount of skepticism in my original post. Quote

bob_sauve28 Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 Zemgus to the fourth line. How long can he stay there before he is replaced by a kid from the minors? Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 I'll be that guy..... Jack is going to get run by Neil, purse carrying dion, or methot...... Trying to injure him. And I think Jack won't look like Jack of last year for at least 3 more games minimum. Here's to hoping I'm wrong Quote
Beer Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 Go Sabres! I'll be watching this one from the road. Jack.... I'm happy to have you back. Quote

SabresBaltimore Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 (edited) Zemgus to the fourth line. How long can he stay there before he is replaced by a kid from the minors? Man. I almost bought a Girgenson jersey a few years back. I guess I'm glad I waited. I can't tell if he was just a fluke under Nolan, or if he is that incapable of playing Bylsma's system. Mustache of God Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 This is the first game this season that I'm legitimately excited to watch. Here's to hoping this team can consistently score more than 1 goal a night now that Jack's back in the lineup. My not-so-bold prediction for tonight is that Jack has an assist. Is it 7:30 yet? Quote
That Aud Smell Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 I'll be that guy..... I don't think there's any need for that. Quote
LGR4GM Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 I'm not excited, sorry. They haven't proven anything and I'm all out of faith. Quote
