Neo Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 (edited) Flagg .... best wishes. Re: #6. I'll never tire of Schoenfeld vs. Cashman. Radio game for me; I was not there. That was The Big Bad Bruins era. Schoenfeld scared 'em. ************* Re: #4 I have only the vaguest of memories of Mike McMahon ... and no photos. THIS guy, I remember well .... Eleven Posted October 12, 2016 Report Posted October 12, 2016 (edited) Jumbo Jim Watson ... First Sabre regular season goal. Some guy named Gil scored the other in a 2-1 victory over Pittsburgh. Tim Horton ... Legend. The News actually posted their report on the Sabres' 2-1 victory over Pittsburgh a couple of days ago. Written by Felser, then a reporter. It was WAY too flowery. It was more about flowery writing than it was about the game. It was all about "embryos" battling grown children. I am not kidding. Hello, Felser. Hiya! Wanna write a piece that's mostly about your bad analogies and really, really hammy style? Hello, every TBN columnist since, it seems sometimes. Edited October 12, 2016 by Eleven Quote
