Stoner Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 I bet WGR personalities read this board and say, "Hmmm... I wonder where they got that idea? I bet some of them are listening! I'm sure of it." Quote

beerme1 Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 I think the jet has as much likely hood of being chartered by someone from Delaware North as it does Viva El Pegual. Quote
sabills Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 Maybe but check interview with TM about 4:41 mark seems a bit more positive if he does the work. On Sabres web. I took that whole quote as "We'll see what happens in training camp". I mean, if he comes in and blows away the field they're not going to tell him "No, go back to Sweden".They're open to all options, but thats just my read. Quote

LGR4GM Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 Depends on him working... agreed... Why is why I think this could be a message to Vessey... In what way do you think it is a message to Vesey and what is the message? Quote
North Buffalo Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 In what way do you think it is a message to Vesey and what is the message?Subtle but followed Vesey convo in interview and then and maybe I am wrong but TM was in body language as well stated he could see Nylander on a line with Jack and Sam... Vesey supposed slot... why name that line specifically. Quote

Brawndo Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 That same plane is returning to Buffalo 35 minutes after landing. It's actually going to Bedford MA not Boston, but Bedford is closer to North Reading MA then Logan Airport is by a few miles. Quote

Not likely, but damn that'd be awesome if it is reported later today Vesey has landed in Buffalo. Just learned his team has a game tonight. But also heard players do skip games time to time. ct fab Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 Eichel skipped a game earlier in the year. The plane is definitely dropping someone off (Eichel maybe) or picking someone up, due to the quick turnaround. Quote
rsxfirefighter Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 (edited) Pegula just rented the flight to get the fan base riled up a little more after GMTM tried to calm the masses with his "No Worries" presser. Edited July 13, 2016 by rsxfirefighter Quote
Brawndo Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 FWIW when Jack flew in to sign his ELC, he took a commercial flight Quote
Stoner Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 Is there a live track for this flight? Also, anywhere where pilot to tower communications can be monitored? I feel like we could pick something up in the tones of voice. Quote
beerme1 Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 FWIW when Jack flew in to sign his ELC, he took a commercial flight Because GMTM didn't want him. Quote

Might as well get right up against the airport perimeter fence to do it. Quote

ct fab Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 FWIW when Jack flew in to sign his ELC, he took a commercial flight Maybe to avoid a salary cap circumvension thing? Quote
MattPie Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 Maybe to avoid a salary cap circumvension thing? Until Jack signed, I think it'd be an NCAA violation for his program to take a gift flight. Vesey probably doesn't have the same issue since he's done with NCAA Hockey. Quote
sodbuster Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 AirPegula hasn't left Boston yet. WTF IS GOING ON OUT THERE?! Did Vesey break his leg getting on the plane?! PANICPANICPANIC! Quote
Eleven Posted July 13, 2016 Report Posted July 13, 2016 We need to station a little French-Filipino man at BUF to look out for ze plane. Quote
