The point is is that he's going to settle up and play. He's shown an incredibly inability to do so.

He turned down three chances to sign throughout his college career costing himself at least $3M. He DECIDED to stay in school and get an education. The easy thing would have been to take the money.

He had to decide not to do anything like sign a contract. If you choose not to decide you still have made a choice. There's a Rush song about it too.

I think there'll be a fair amount of *meh*. That's already where I'm at. Any piss and vinegar I had on the subject was released at some point after he didn't sign when we acquired his rights (and when I started reading his agent's statements about how multiple NHL teams were going to come meet with them in Boston in mid-August).

My favorite thing about this board is how often Rush is referenced. Perhaps because I've never seen them referenced anywhere else in my life. Rock on.

I'm going camping tomorrow for 2 days.   I told Jimmy to sit tight until I get back.   He said he'd wait until Friday, but he does have a history of lying so I took it with a grain of salt.

Well, I finished high school and didn't chase the money overseas. Education is important to me, and it's been a dream of mine to play in Hockey East. Auston has dreams too, only his contain only dollar signs.

Or lack thereof considering the years of $,$$$,$$$s he gave up on.
