Here's to hoping whatever happens to be in the Greater Metro Toronto Water System that seems to turn generally useful goaltenders into flat out sieves continues to work its usual magic. ;)
darksabre Posted June 20, 2016 Report Posted June 20, 2016 Andersen isn't that good. This move puzzles me.
TrueBlueGED Posted June 20, 2016 Report Posted June 20, 2016 Andersen isn't that good. This move puzzles me. Average to a little above average? Meh. Certainly not worried about him being in Toronto long term.
LGR4GM Posted June 20, 2016 Report Posted June 20, 2016 6th round pick and a conditional pick to NYR for Yandle
Hoss Posted June 20, 2016 Author Report Posted June 20, 2016 6th and a conditional 2017 4th (condition is if Yandle signs).
pi2000 Posted June 20, 2016 Report Posted June 20, 2016 Andersen isn't that good. This move puzzles me. He's brings much needed stability and consistency to the current stable of Leaf net minders.

LGR4GM Posted June 20, 2016 Report Posted June 20, 2016 Yup, still doesn't say who traded for his rights. The Panthers of Florida.
dudacek Posted June 20, 2016 Report Posted June 20, 2016 I can't believe the Leafs traded a first and a second for a goalie! Don't they know goalies are a dime a dozen and late first round picks are only available to really good teams and teams with pending UFAs?
WildCard Posted June 20, 2016 Report Posted June 20, 2016 Can we have a Des thread? I'm on mobile or else I'd do it
