WildCard Posted May 1, 2016 Report Posted May 1, 2016 So Goligoski just had a pretty goal And there's the answer. Quote
WildCard Posted May 1, 2016 Report Posted May 1, 2016 If you want Goligoski this offseason, or don't, you should be watching this game. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted May 1, 2016 Report Posted May 1, 2016 If you want Goligoski this offseason, or don't, you should be watching this game. How's he look? Quote
WildCard Posted May 1, 2016 Report Posted May 1, 2016 How's he look?I haven't seen too much in the defensive zone, but he is very, very good offensively. He would be a steal Quote
darksabre Posted May 1, 2016 Report Posted May 1, 2016 I don't understand why Brian Eliott doesn't have to go to the room for concussion protocol after taking a shot to the face that hard. Quote
ubkev Posted May 1, 2016 Report Posted May 1, 2016 I don't understand why Brian Eliott doesn't have to go to the room for concussion protocol after taking a shot to the face that hard. Because he's wearing a helmet, duh! Nothing can hurt you if you wear a helmet. Quote
darksabre Posted May 1, 2016 Report Posted May 1, 2016 Because he's wearing a helmet, duh! Nothing can hurt you if you wear a helmet. I wonder if there's some unwritten rule for goalies to prevent them from having their heads targeted? I could see players using concussion protocol to take a hot goalie out of a game temporarily. WildCard Posted May 1, 2016 Report Posted May 1, 2016 Jamie Benn is unreal Anyone know when Seguin is set to come back? Quote

JJFIVEOH Posted May 1, 2016 Report Posted May 1, 2016 I'm still trying to figure out why St. Louis thought three goals would be enough to win, and played the last two periods of regulation accordingly. Quote
WildCard Posted May 1, 2016 Report Posted May 1, 2016 Stars dominate all but the 1st, and lose in OT. That's gotta be frustrating. Quote
SwampD Posted May 1, 2016 Report Posted May 1, 2016 Stars dominate all but the 1st, and lose in OT. That's gotta be frustrating. Hockey is a cruel mistress. Quote
JujuFish Posted May 2, 2016 Report Posted May 2, 2016 Stars dominate all but the 1st, and lose in OT. That's gotta be frustrating. St. Louis only had 2 shots on goal through the first 17+ minutes of the game. Of course, when those two shots both score.... Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted May 2, 2016 Report Posted May 2, 2016 St. Louis only had 2 shots on goal through the first 17+ minutes of the game. Of course, when those two shots both score.... Indeed. Dallas is clearly a vastly superior team...everywhere but in goal, and as in Buffalo know quite well, sometimes that's enough. And I still hope they make a really long run and maybe even win it all, to hopefully tip the scales a bit and make coaches/GMs realize you really can win with a fast, fun, offense-oriented approach. Said it last game, but it bears repeating: I continue to really like this Sharks team. Sign me up for Dallas-SJ in the West. Quote

WildCard Posted May 2, 2016 Report Posted May 2, 2016 St. Louis only had 2 shots on goal through the first 17+ minutes of the game. Of course, when those two shots both score.... Really? Huh, did not even notice that Quote
SwampD Posted May 2, 2016 Report Posted May 2, 2016 (edited) Is it me, or does Joe Thornton look like Saruman's cousin? I like it. Edited May 2, 2016 by SwampD Quote
JujuFish Posted May 2, 2016 Report Posted May 2, 2016 Really? Huh, did not even notice that Somewhere around halfway through the period, the announcers mentioned the shots were 6-2. That was when I realized St. Louis had scored on their only two shots so far and so I was curious how long it would take them to get their third. 17:26, in case you were wondering. Quote
