ubkev Posted May 13, 2016 Report Posted May 13, 2016 I'll be rooting for the Sharks in the WCF. He's from another book. Ah, books! Those are the things that my forebears read. And I honestly have no idea who I will cheer for from here on out. Mostly, I just need someone to beat the freaking penguins. Quote
SwampD Posted May 13, 2016 Report Posted May 13, 2016 The SAP Centre looks dark and depressing, despite the crowd. I agree. http://forums.sabrespace.com/topic/24020-gdt-buffalo-san-jose-1030-pm-est-2-26-2016/?p=801493 Quote
ubkev Posted May 13, 2016 Report Posted May 13, 2016 Oh, I have a question. Did all of Nashville call Joel Ward the "n" word on Twitter after he scored, like Boston did a couple of years ago? No? Good, you Boston! Completely irrelevant, I know. Quote
Thorner Posted May 13, 2016 Report Posted May 13, 2016 Wow. Sharks look good. I just wonder how the Sharks were able to pull Thornton out of the Battle of Gondor in order for him to play tonight. He escaped when Denethor was yelling "FLEE! FLEE FOR YOUR LIIIIIIIVES!" Think it'll be an exciting series. Think the Blues take it. Main reason: the emergence of the wonderkid, Robby Fabbri. Who looks like Alex from Breaker High. Quote
qwksndmonster Posted May 13, 2016 Report Posted May 13, 2016 Anomander Rake would murder everyone in LOTR. Sorry, had to nerd out there for a second Imperator Shears would cut him to bits. Quote

Thorner Posted May 13, 2016 Report Posted May 13, 2016 Joel Ward's breakaway goal today was really funny, he seemingly had an open net to the left side, then for some reason cut to the middle and made the more difficult 5-hole shot. Also, WTH was Weber thinking on the 3rd goal. Can't really blame Rinne there. Quote
Iron Crotch Posted May 13, 2016 Report Posted May 13, 2016 (edited) Pekka Rinne's game has gone downhill since goalie coach Mitch Korn left and went to Washington. And, that is exactly when Holtby became a "world class" goaltender. Coincidence? I think not. Pekka's game is all kinds of up right now. Edited May 13, 2016 by Potato Quote
