I think post game interviews--both questions and answers--are getting dumber.

I would love it if, after beating team X in some first round elimination game next year, ROR said "we wanted to dominate them, we did so, and they're gone; we're moving on.  They're scared little brats from (insert big city here) and we killed 'em."

Speaking of great passes, did you see the breakout pass by Klingberg? How many of our Dmen could do that on purpose?

2? I think Risto and Pysyk have good outlet passes.

As long as he adds "O'Reilly rules!" at the end, I'm good with that.

The NHL's review process is so bad. Why did that take so long? He was on top of the goalie!

From bitter personal experience, I'll toss the NHL this bone; at least they had the balls to waive off a clearly illegal goal in overtime this time...

Sure is. And I bag on the NHL as a product plenty, but I think this year's playoffs have had more of this than not.

I remember a few years ago playoff OT seemed to so often go to multiple OTs (and this one still might). Not that I mind that at all, (and I could be misremembering that fact), but the OTs this year have been so fast paced, with end to end action leading to exciting periods and relatively quick finishes.

I cringe when people advocate for 4/4 or even 3/3 playoff OT. Playoff OT is the best.

Edit- headed to 2OT here

I made the very bad mistake of venturing onto Twitter to get all he #hottakes on the disallowed goal. Am I on drugs and I don't know it, or are many people paid to say/write words about hockey embarassingly I observant. There is a ZERO percent chance panels ki was pushed into the goalie. A brief look at what happened and a basic understanding of physics (I mean, how to walk without falling down) will tell you this. Good on the NHL for allowing itself to be covered by one company, who then employs Jeremy Roenick, in this country...
