inkman Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 Man I hope they pull this out. That's what she said (to Patrick Kane) Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 What a bonehead move Ken. I admire his "I want my best guys rested more than I care about their best guys" mentality. But I'm not sure it's smart  Quote
WildCard Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 Holy , they did it. Guess Hitchcock gets to keep his job now Quote
WildCard Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 Ruff vs Hitchcock!Just the way Ken likes it Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 Congrats to the Blues but ###### Hitchdick Agreed. Ruff vs Hitchcock! Oh man, awesome. Although I'll never stop feeling dirty about cheering for the Stars this year. Quote
Norcal Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 How good was the team in the KHL that had Tarasenko and Panarin on it? Quote
3putt Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 Well the league will take another ratings hit. In Chicago it's now baseball season. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 Agreed. Oh man, awesome. Although I'll never stop feeling dirty about cheering for the Stars this year. I was four and I'm glad the Sabres lost that so that I can be a fan for their first cup win, so my only issue with rooting for Dallas is my crushes on Tarasenko, Schwartz, and Pietrangelo. Quote
SwampD Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 Ruff vs Hitchcock! …aaaaand now I have no reason to watch this series. Dallas or Hitchcock? No thanks. Quote
Thorner Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 SWEET! Dragon Slayed. Glad I was wrong predicting Hawks. Pheeeeeeeeeew! Quote
Brawndo Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 Game Seven for the Ducks and Preds is Wednesday 10 PM, after Game One of the Isles and Lightning at 7 Quote
... Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 Wow. I could not move for that third period. At all. Amazing hockey. The Blues versus the Stars will be a great series. What a night when both teams you're rooting for win big. Quote
Thorner Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 Game Seven for the Ducks and Preds is Wednesday 10 PM, after Game One of the Isles and Lightning at 7 That is insane! When is the last time that happened? I know other leagues do it (mlb? Nba?) Quote
MattPie Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 That is insane! When is the last time that happened? I know other leagues do it (mlb? Nba?) I'm guessing Barclay is pretty busy; maybe they just need to get games in when they can. Quote
Norcal Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 …aaaaand now I have no reason to watch this series. Dallas or Hitchcock? No thanks.just thinking I was torn between the team who won illegally or the coach... em both for that Quote

Thorner Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 It's nice to be getting some fresh match ups. Dallas v. St. Louis will be fun. Ditto on Sharks v. Ducks/Preds. East looks fun, too. Nice to have something different for a change. I'm excited. Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 Amazingly the refs tried their best to stay outta this one, some missed calls here and there, but they let them play. Also it was very clean for a game 7,a lot of mutual respect between the teams, and you could even Tell during the handshake line. Quote

It took me some games to get used to the playoff officiating paradigm, but I see what they're doing and I don't disagree. The games have been fun to watch as a result, mostly. Quote
