Explain, please.

It looked like a buttocks blow to the top of the head, kinda in the type of motion where the C1-C2 vertebrae are the weakest. The head did whip back a little bit, he'll go right to a CT scanner.

 

Sometimes you can get a burst fracture of the top 2 vertebrae, I've seen it happen to patients who took a lot less impact.
