MattPie Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 (edited) I don't think I've ever started a GDT. Wildcard didn't ask me to, he's got visions of figures, words, and diagrams dancing in his head for mid-terms. And not even good figures or diagrams. Buffalo comes home after a mildly chippy shoot-out win against the Marlies last night, looking to give the Rangers fits and cause Henrick to flip his net for some reason. http://sabres.nhl.com/gamecenter/en/preview?id=2015020993 Odds are Lehner is in net for the back-to-back. Whether the Rangers will go Swede for Swede remains to be saw. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdGA8wXWPd0 Edited March 8, 2016 by MattPie Quote
That Aud Smell Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 Thanks for the GDT. I don't think Lundqvist even made the trip to Buffalo. Per Rotoworld: Henrik Lundqvist (neck) is hopeful to return this weekend. He won't make the trip to Buffalo, but skated before practice on Monday. Lundqvist is making progress after sustaining neck spasms last Thursday versus Pittsburgh. Mar 7 - 1:36 PM Source: Brian Heyman on Twitter Quote

Eleven Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 Without Lundqvist, this is winnable. Go get it! Quote
Randall Flagg Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 One goal will tie last year's goal total. Try to get it in the first, for a change. Quote
LGR4GM Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 I dislike the Rangers. Hope Reinhart finally gets to center a line with Kane so Eichel can get back with Zemgus. Quote
dudacek Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 I dislike the Rangers. Hope Reinhart finally gets to center a line with Kane so Eichel can get back with Zemgus. I liked the first line's chemistry last night, but am fully aware who they were playing against. Quote
clintwestwood Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 Going to the game tonight. Actually have tickets for all the remaining home games. We haven't won a game yet this year that I've been at. I apologize in advance. Quote
LTS Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 A game I can watch! Looking forward to it. I have respect for the Rangers. I like them almost. Go Sabres... all day long. Quote
WildCard Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 I can't wait to get hammered and watch this game tonight. Quote
MattPie Posted March 8, 2016 Author Report Posted March 8, 2016 I can't wait to get hammered and watch this game tonight. Only if you write up a hammered game summary after. Quote
WildCard Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 Only if you write up a hammered game summary after. Last time I did that I made a metaphorical cheating wife in the name of Buffalo sports, not sure anyone wants to read that again  Quote
Beer Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 Let's go Sabres! No early goals against, please. :flirt: Quote
pi2000 Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 Sabres have a bunch of winnable games ahead of them. This is not one of them. Quote
That Aud Smell Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 Let's go Sabres! No early goals against, please. :flirt: good effin' point. this is not a canadian team, though. so .... Quote
Sabres Fan in NS Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 I don't really care much for the Rangers. GO SABRES!! Quote
Eleven Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 Sabres have a bunch of winnable games ahead of them. This is not one of them. Against one of their backups it is. I think the Rags are perfectly mediocre without Lundqvist. Quote
Brawndo Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 No morning skates for either team today. Lehner vs Raanta in net. Same lineup for the Sabres as last night. Quote
WildCard Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 Pretty sure the Rags are missing more than Henrik for tonight. Eric Staal and Nash both out too, though Nash has been for awhile Quote

clintwestwood Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 Sabres have a bunch of winnable games ahead of them. This is not one of them. No Henrik, no Nash, apparently no Staal. I see a win for the Sabres tonight. Quote
nfreeman Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 For those so inclined, Yandle is worth scouting tonight as he's a person of interest in the upcoming UFA season. My sense is that he's not a GMTM kinda guy, but I could be out to lunch on that. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 I don't have the confidence that others do. When was the last time the Rangers didn't run us over? Quote
clintwestwood Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 Pretty sure the Rags are missing more than Henrik for tonight. Eric Staal and Nash both out too, though Nash has been for awhile Marc Staal out with the flu, can't find anything about Eric Staal being out. Quote
