That my friends was a great game. I never thought I'd openly cheer for Marchand but he had a great game as did Crosby. A thoroughly dominant performance if not for the stellar play of the Russian tender in the first 2 periods this would have been an epic blowout.

If it was a one-off, one game winner take all, Europe would have a chance. Albeit, an exceptionally small one. Because it's a 3 game series, I really think they have a 0% chance of that now.

 

If Europe somehow beats Canada in a 3 game series, it would be one of the biggest hockey upsets in memory.
