It almost seems unfair to the other teams. Both team Canada and team U.S.A. have very bright futures.

The formation of this team is part of what crippled Team USA. Like I said the other day, the next few Olympic tournaments will be fun for us Americans.

Don't think Jack got as much on the initial shot as he wanted. Might've had it in that case.

Oh, it's definitely a gimmick. No doubt about it. That said, they are every bit as much fun to watch as we all expected.

Yup. And it's the reason (well, the reason besides Torts) that team USA is so bad. So many guys should be there instead of on team make-believe. This entire tournament is garbage. You kids get the hell off my lawn!

Pretty entertaining stuff.  NA's level of speed and skill at forward is really impressive.

Especially when you consider that more then half of this team is USA. Eichel, Johnny Hockey and Saad are better then most of the guys on Team USA.

 

There was a post on Twitter showing what a Team NA would have looked like for the 87 Canada Cup. Scary. Highlights include Yzerman, Lemieux, and LaFontaine in the middle, Robitialle, Neely, Muller, Tocchet amongst others on the wings. Suter, Stevens, Housley and Duchesne on D with Roy, Barasso and Hextall in net.
