That Aud Smell Posted March 3, 2016 Report Posted March 3, 2016 I'm trying to remember which games we had enough people healthy to push him to the Larsson line, because what he did in those games was exactly what I want Kane to be for us going forward. Agreed. I'd take that Kane on a playoff team. I think he doesn't handle the puck well This is true. A bit of ol' #61 in that guy. The hands can't keep up with the feet/legs. I disagree. For a guy that doesn't handle the puck very well, he's on the pk, pp, and has a ton of controlled zone entries. Creating space is largely due to a player's smarts; going to the right areas at the right times. For a guy his size to be unable to create space, it tells me he has little to no hockey IQ. Plus he routinely shoots on 3-1, without a single pass. Hmmm. Thinking on this. I agree with True's idea that he is best suited to be the best player on his line. Yas! The only point I was trying to get across was that in this one game I don't think McDavid was on another level, Eichel competed closely. Damn. And I didn't DVR the game so I can look again. Hmm. Good stuff. Quote

That Aud Smell Posted March 3, 2016 Report Posted March 3, 2016 Blind squirrels, etc. But, yeah. That goal was ridiculous. Quote
Thorner Posted March 3, 2016 Report Posted March 3, 2016 Blind squirrels, etc. But, yeah. That goal was ridiculous. Yup. It's one of those goals that doesn't look quite right when you see it the first time, kind of like Ovi's famous marker. Quote
