Sabresince70 Posted February 27, 2016 Report Posted February 27, 2016 Switched my shift to 3-11 just so I could watch the game. Very peaceful and quiet when almost everyone else in the house is asleep! Quote
thewookie1 Posted February 27, 2016 Report Posted February 27, 2016 This trip likely screwed us in terms of trades. Quote
inkman Posted February 27, 2016 Report Posted February 27, 2016 This trip likely screwed us in terms of trades. I was thinking similarly but teams have played a game short a player or two. I'm sure GMTM would give zero about doing that Quote

Tondas Posted February 27, 2016 Report Posted February 27, 2016 (edited) Looking forward to the game tonight. I think it's going to be a good one. I'm curious to see how McNabb has developed. And I want to see Jack bust through with one. Edited February 27, 2016 by Tondas Quote
Stoner Posted February 27, 2016 Report Posted February 27, 2016 I made Sizzle's coffeecake. 7800 calories. 78. Hundred. Calories. Good thing you don't use the egg yolks. Also, I didn't have whole milk, so I went with the 2%. That helps. :) The timing of its consumption is going to have to be exquisite. There will be the initial sugar rush, especially if consumed with something caffeinated, but when will the crash come? Quote

Please disclose I'm on call until Monday morning, I'm debating on if I want to get some sleep, because if I stay awake, the inevitable 3am call will happen. Game time decision Quote

woods-racer Posted February 28, 2016 Report Posted February 28, 2016 I would like to commend all those that stay awake for these games and post during them. They are the best next morning read of any of the 82 games the Sabres play each year. Drunk SS posters are my fav  . This is the latest start time I believe that the Sabres have ever had. I expect great things come Sunday at 7 am when I fire up the interwebs. No pressure. Quote
inkman Posted February 28, 2016 Report Posted February 28, 2016 I could be under the influence of a couple substances come game time. I probably won't be able to post. Quote

Sabel79 Posted February 28, 2016 Report Posted February 28, 2016 I've just made a horrifying discovery. Two beers left in the house. Wife's at work, just put the kiddo down to bed. Gonna be a sober game. Now it's imperative we get a win... Quote

Sabel79 Posted February 28, 2016 Report Posted February 28, 2016 Liquor? Boone's Farm? Anything else? The only other hooch in the house would be my wife's wine. I'm neither that desperate nor am I crazy... Quote
