Doohicksie Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 Robin Lehner protests his treatment. Quote
... Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 Leg-a-wand is having a great game, so far. Quote
Brawndo Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 I don't even try to distinguish between them. I just consider them all in a group of wussy northerners who get way less snow than I do. The analytics do confirm this Quote
Doohicksie Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 You know, I'm kind of diggin' this David Legwand guy. Quote
Thorner Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 Make-up call. p.s. am I posting too much? I am unexpectedly buzzed on an empty stomach. Never. And the call on Foligno was horse shite. Complete crap. Quote
... Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 I like when my goalies throw punches. I like our big, angry goalie. He may not be scary good right now, but he is scary. Quote
Doohicksie Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 Boy these penalties are ridiculous. Quote
Doohicksie Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 I like our big, angry goalie. He may not be scary good right now, but he is scary. :flirt: Quote
SarasotaSabre Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 Absolutely no explanation from neither Ray nor DD as to why the Hartnell boarding penalty was a 5 minute call; not even an attempt to mention it Quote
Brawndo Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 After watching these refs, I have come to the conclusion Dennis Wideman was framed. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 So we'll be killing our entire major power play. Good job team. I blame Bylsma. Shove off, Bylsma. Quote
Thorner Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 Okay, that one was actually a penalty. Cant complain. I actually don't think so. On the replay you can see the stick rides up his stick, and then never actually touches his face. Quote
SwampD Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 I don't think that high stick ever touched his face. Kane,... WTF? Dumbass. Quote
Ogre Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 Make-up call. p.s. am I posting too much? I am unexpectedly buzzed on an empty stomach. Embrace the unexpected buzz, bro. Those are the best. Quote
darksabre Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 I actually don't think so. On the replay you can see the stick rides up his stick, and then never actually touches his face. Yeah, but that's not really the point. Foligno's stick was out of control. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 So we'll be killing our entire major power play. Good job team. I blame Bylsma. Shove off, Bylsma. Blaming Bylsma, always a good decision. Quote
pi2000 Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 i'd question the hooking call on Zemgus, and I didn't think that was a major on Hartnell.... i'm OK with the other calls. Quote
DarthEbriate Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 And a great major kill by.... Risto, Foligno, and Kane. Quote
jsb Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 Just got home and turned the game on. I love the Blue Jackets' third jerseys. Looks like Lehner's on fire tonight. Yes he is!!! Quote
Thorner Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 Yeah, but that's not really the point. Foligno's stick was out of control. It is the point though, cause by the rule book it wasn't a penalty. There isn't a penalty for having your stick in the air, and NOT making contact with the opposing player. Quote
Ogre Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 I actually don't think so. On the replay you can see the stick rides up his stick, and then never actually touches his face. Never does. The head snap sells it. The ref was behind the call so from his pov it was a call. Quote
