TrueBlueGED Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 Our secondary hasn't been great this season, but it's been a smoldering garbage fire since Williams got hurt. I'm worried our run blocking is going to follow a similar path with Wood out. I don't understand why we didn't jump offside and blast Hauschka in the knee. Quote
Eleven Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 So from time to time I've wandered downstairs and I've put the radio on. Who is the person--if it's even a person--who does color commentary on WGR? Is there a way to silence him/it? Murphy on play-by-play is bad enough, but whoever or whatever that other person/bot thing is, is awful. That would have 15 yards and an ejection for the guilty party. So from time to time I've wandered downstairs and I've put the radio on. No, it'd be a 5 yard offside penalty. Pete Carroll, Super Bowl winner, wastes a challenge and timeout on a 9 yard pass in the 4th quarter of a one possession game. Quote

They would realize the error of their ways and call the appropriate 15 year penalty Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 Glenn whiffs on a block that probably springs McCoy for a 10 yard run, then follows it up with a blatant trip. Not a great sequence there. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 Paaaaaaaaaaathetic You seem angry tonight. Quote
Eleven Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 Mark Kelso. Please put him out to pasture. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 You seem angry tonight. I don't even know what's wrong with me. I was totally fine, I sat down and turned on the tv to 3-0 Bruins, and I snapped. I can't believe I haven't broken something. There's no way it's these teams making me this angry, but I'm not sure what it is. One play between commercial breaks. Nice. Quote

Sing "Blame Bylsma" to the tune of "Blame Canada" and all will be well :) Please put him out to pasture. The man's had like 20 concussions. Cut him a little slack! Quote

Cut him a little slack! I'll give him his 21st if it keeps him off the air. Holy ######, he's stupid. I mean it. EDIT: There's this bar owner I know. He once came up to me and said, "hey, that guy ordered three Blues. Three bucks each. So that's seven, right?" I think Kelso is dumber. Edited November 8, 2016 by Eleven Quote

TrueBlueGED Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 Kyle!!!!! We still have a chance! I wish we were running this 2 minute drill with more urgency than the Eagles showed in the Super Bowl. We don't have McNabb puking in the huddle, too, do we? Even if we lose, this is the best game Tyrod has ever played. Quote
MattPie Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 (edited) And penalties going Buffalo's way? Also, an 11+% stout helps a lot. http://www.weyerbacher.com/beers/special-release/sunday-mole-stout/ Edited November 8, 2016 by MattPie Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 Carroll using these TOs isn't exactly a vote of confidence in his defense. Avril wasn't offside there? Wow what a good guess on the snap. Aaaaand heartbreak. Sounds right. Quote
Thorner Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 (edited) I think he was offside, looked like it when I watched it again, too. Huge miss. Edited November 8, 2016 by Thorny Quote

JujuFish Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 Should be a tie game right now after a chip shot FG. Quote
Eleven Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 This one's not on Taylor. Not at all. He was almost brilliant; he certainly was very, very good. Shame they weren't kicking for the tie at the end. I'll look for the league's apology. I'm sure I'll get it about as soon as I get the one about the 1999 Finals. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 Oh, and there was a blatant DPI in the endzone on that final play. Cover 1 @Cover1Bills 4m4 minutes ago Quote

Randall Flagg Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 This game never really mattered, did it? Just for tiebreaking purposes, the Bills were going to almost run the table with the remaining AFC teams. 3-1 against the NFC. they need 6 of the last 7, and would have needed that with a win here.
