TrueBlueGED Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 Agreed. Can we hug now? I might try to get to second base if you don't mind. I'm game. Let's get next to each other at the Sabres game. Couple of really frustrating plays there. Ugh. Quote
Neo Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 Second Base is now referred to, simply, as A Base. Second base objects to the numerical hierarchy that has subrugated it to first base. Second base will no longer recognize number line privilege. ********* Xtra point looms large .. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 I can't believe they went for a FG there. Hahaha. Thanks! Quote
Hoss Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 I can't believe they went for a FG there. Hahaha. Thanks! Makes no sense. If you're confident that your defense can get a stop and you still need a TD anyways then go for it. Worst-case scenario you give the defense you're confident in great field position. Quote
Huckleberry Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 I can't believe they went for a FG there. Hahaha. Thanks! I'm not used to football, but I'd take that gamble, hope you can recover the ball and go for a win :p Quote
WildCard Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 (edited) Our offense is unbearably frustrating today Edited October 9, 2016 by WildCard Quote
Hoss Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 Tyrod Taylor is well below average. I rescind the hug offer. 10 yards in the second half. Quote

Huckleberry Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 Hogan sure looking good again in a patriots jersey :p Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 So Fisher is willing to fake a punt inside his own 30, but won't go for a first down inside the Bills' 30. How he has a job... Quote
Hoss Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 (edited) You need to watch more well below average QBs. The average NFL QB is...not impressive.I'm well aware what an average NFL QB is. They get more than 10 yards in a half. They get more than 70 yards in a half. They get more than 80 yards in a game. They just don't have games like this.I guess the flip side is they will have more turnovers (although if Tyrod threw as much as they did his turnovers would go way up) Edited October 9, 2016 by Hoss Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 Taylor: still better than Hoss thinks. Still average. Quote
Neo Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 (edited) Well, TT put that ball through a tiny window. Edited October 9, 2016 by N'eo Quote

TrueBlueGED Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 Well, TT put that ball into a tiny window. Yup. Plenty of middle of the pack QBs can't make that throw. His average may not look the same as the average of other passers...but still average. And no, you don't pay an average QB $18 million per. Quote

TrueBlueGED Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 Last week, Zack Brown ... This week, Alexander .... Doug Whaley deserves credit. I doubt a certain moderater will give it to him. Quote
Hoss Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 Last week, Zack Brown ... This week, Jeff Fisher .... Yea, other teams' trash has come up big for us these last two weeks. Quote

Hoss Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 (edited) We won when we were supposed to win. That's what good teams doPrecisely. Two huge wins there. These next two games are huge. Have to win them. Imagine heading into the home game against Brady and New England at 5-2? Chance for first place in the division and a season sweep of the Pats. Edit: I hope you don't think my post was a knock against the team. They balled out defensively and in the run game. Good team win today and in New England. Edited October 9, 2016 by Hoss Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 I don't know why, but the run game has been incredibly improved since the OC change. Tyrod looks the same, but I'm starting to think Rex may have had a real reason to make the change beyond self preservation. Quote

The last time the Bills did that was also the last time they made the playoffs. Quote
