Hoss Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 What a play there from Tyrod and from Justin Hunter to keep himself open. Quote

JujuFish Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 Tyrod just lined up behind the guard in the shotgun leading to a fumbled (obviously) snap. What the ######... That was so sad that I couldn't help but laugh out loud. I can't believe we got a TD on the drive. Quote
Neo Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 Carpenter ... I know, blocked ... I'm prepared to blame his trajectory until an expert tells me otherwise. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 The Rams are horrible, but I'm not going to apologize for another win. Quote
Hoss Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 The Rams are horrible, but I'm not going to apologize for another win. The Rams aren't horrible. They have a horrible QB. But their defense is elite. They've got the best player in the NFL on their team (Aaron Donald - yes, I'm buying the PFF hype on him). Carpenter ... I know, blocked ... I'm prepared to blame his trajectory until an expert tells me otherwise. It looked like a shank before it got blocked. We should give Robbie Gould a call. Quote

TrueBlueGED Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 Fair point. Brocker and Quinn are very good players. And as we're talking about this, Aaron Donald obliterates our interior line  Quote
WildCard Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 I think we've severely overrated Gilmore Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 I think we've severely overrated Gilmore I dunno. Is anyone actually in favor of giving him $15 million per? I'm a huge proponent of keeping him, but I have my limits. Quote

TrueBlueGED Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 I don't even think he's our best CB. I'm debating if he's just average Nonsense. He's better than Darby, and when we let Gilmore walk, you're going to be wondering why you though Darby was so good. Quote

Then again, I'm no scout, so I could be very wrong Quote

I'm a huge proponent of keeping him, but I have my limits.I agree - keep, but not at $15 million ... what's the franchise range, $13.9 million? That may be steep, but close. $13.5, Stephon ... keep drafting CBs... ********** I am enjoying this game ... it has an old time feel to it ... rushing games with the occasional look downfield ... Not the defensive struggle we thought ... Edited October 9, 2016 by N'eo Quote

TrueBlueGED Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 Grade A coverage, CBS No . Wtf was that. Quote
Hoss Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 (edited) Highly questionable decision there by Tyrod NOT to run on that throw to Woods. WIDE open lane and he could've gotten out of bounds, instead it's a bad throw to a wide open Woods that keeps the clock running. LeSean McCoy is still elite. I'll take the three-point halftime lead but some opportunities left on the table. Tyrod has been good, but you'd like him to be more precise. Bad throw to Woods when he could've ran or at least made a good throw to let Woods run (Woods deserved it for that drop two plays earlier, though). And a bad throw to Clay earlier on what still ended up being a scoring drive (Clay still made the catch inside the 10). Edited October 9, 2016 by Hoss Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 I feel bad for Gurley. Imagine him in a functional offense? Quote
Randall Flagg Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 I don't think a team has missed a 50+ or 60+ yard field goal attempt against the Bills in my entire fanhood. It's amazing. Quote
WildCard Posted October 9, 2016 Report Posted October 9, 2016 Gotta stop going 3 and out Huge personal foul right there! Quote
