Even when Kane is in a scoring slump, he's such a pain in the butt to play against. I love seeing him force quick decisions because of his forecheck, and seeing many of the forced decisions become bad decisions.

He's a pretty awesome forechecker.  Even if it doesn't lead to a Sabres scoring chance, it keeps the opponent in their zone a little longer and keeps them out of our zone.

Colorado crew interviewed Grigs in between periods and he was out of breath. He couldn't put 3 or 4 words together without taking a breath. 3.5 minutes of TOI? He wasn't even sweaty.
