Randall Flagg Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 Eichel has had a putrid period. Quote
Tondas Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 (edited) Larsson reminds me of Paul Cyr. All the tools but can't score to save his life. Edited January 2, 2016 by Tondas Quote
hockeyhound Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 (edited) I have trouble watching us give up possession of the puck over and over on the dump and chase. I know it will never happen; however, when Kaleta was in the lineup he was so effective on the dump and chase because A. He could skate his azz off and usually beat the guy to the puck. or B. The defensemen was so nervous about getting hammered they would panic. Just a thought. Fearless Edited January 2, 2016 by hockeyhound Quote

Huckleberry Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 I like the kane - larsson - moulson line though, they seemed to be the only ones putting some pressure in the offensive zone. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 That was a miserable period of hockey. Also, dude sitting in front of me has a Stafford slug, and is apparently without shame. Quote
... Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 (edited) I think the Larsson experiment has run its course. That guy isn't an NHL player. Edited January 2, 2016 by SiZzlEmeIsTEr Quote

hockeyhound Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 (edited) I think the Larsson experiment has run its course. That guy isn't an NHL player. Wish we would've kept Paul Byron. Byron would've been a better support player. Both can get on pucks and hold on; however, I still believe Byron was a step up from Larrson. Edited January 2, 2016 by hockeyhound Quote
JJFIVEOH Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 Maybe they need a new locker room. Quote
Huckleberry Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 I think the Larsson experiment has run its course. That guy isn't an NHL player. I dissagree here, yes he isn't doing much offensively but he hasn't had much help either. Quote

darksabre Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 Horrible call Yup. The Detroit player was pinning Weber's stick against the boards. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 15 first period goals this year, tied with Philly for fewest in the league Quote
Randall Flagg Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 It's astounding how many times Foligno, Franson, and Weber possessed the puck without getting it out on that shift, and we drew a penalty because of it. Try one more blind pass guys, fifth time's the charm. Quote
Huckleberry Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 (edited) damn rough stretch Edited January 2, 2016 by Huckleberry Quote
