WildCard Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 Seems like the Boston game, or maybe a week off, was exactly what Eichel needed. He looks like the player that dominated his first prime time game in Tampa Quote
Stoner Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 Eichel needs to simplify his game. Shaddup. Quote
WildCard Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 There's that pos I remember. Brier says hello, Ovechkin Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 Ovi playing dirty, time to give it back to him. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 Well it's nice to hear some noise in there. Quote
dudacek Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 Cheap hit Ovi. nIce retaliation Jake Quote
bcsaberks Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 Assuming it's intentional to keep Sam away from Ovi, maybe it's just the way the flow has been working, but Sam has been on LW a lot this game and I've been liking the way he's working there. One of the few times he was fully on RW was that 1st shift of the 2nd where he couldn't get the puck out of the zone and it eventually ended up on Ovi's stick. He also was on the LW when he made that beautiful pass to McGinn that NEARLY went in. Except for the horrible give away that Jack made early this period, have been very happy w/ his game tonight. Same. And he had a 4 point game two days ago, but he gets bounced for that play? Does Gionta have 4 points this year? Ennis? Come on DDB! Quote
woods-racer Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 And here I thought WC was an Ovy lover. I was off. Quote
Sabel79 Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 Am I a bad person if I really really really hope that someone shatters Ovechkin's jaw in any way possible as soon as possible? Also, how has this never happened before? Quote
Randall Flagg Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 Franson has had a rough night in his own zone. Quote
WildCard Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 And here I thought WC was an Ovy lover. I was off.No you're right, I am. But he does like those dirty hits Goal??? Quote
sodbuster Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 Ugh. Time for a 15 minute review break. Quote
dudacek Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 (edited) I don't think the Eichel Larsson switch was a Jack demotion, just a shake-up to get some more offence. I thought that was a goal. Edited December 29, 2015 by dudacek Quote
dudacek Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 (edited) I like how Risto seems to have wanted Ovi tonight. Edited December 29, 2015 by dudacek Quote
