He can actually maintain possession unlike anyone on Eichel's line, including Eichel.

It's what I'm hoping for.  This team isn't going anywhere, nor were the expected to, nor should they really.

He has done a nice job of revamping the forwards.  But, we're still very average in defense and goal (injuries not withstanding).  He needs to fix the backend next IMHO.

I'm not really sold on all the forwards. Seems like their is chemistry issues.
