  1. 1. Aside from not moving the team, how do you grade Pegula's perfomance so far as Sabres owner?

  2. 2. Aside from not moving the team, how do you grade Pegula's perfomance so far as Bills owner?

I voted "C" only because I think he's been pretty average outside of not relocating. I don't think he's done a bad job by any means, but once it's all added up, he's been average. After this season of hockey, if the ship stays its course, that'll probably be a C+.

There are many aspects of being an owner and so many ways to judge him.

As far as building a competitive team? Took way too long.

As far as making a better fan experience? Much better.

Welll....my idea of a better fan experience is to see an exciting team that wins more than loses.  In that, he has not been successful. I do agree that had he cleaned house at the end of the season he took over the team, we'd be two years closer to a competitive team.

I don't see why the moving caveat has to be there. Now I have to grade him even lower.

What's better about the fan experience?

Because, I'd rather have a ****ty hockey team in Buffalo, then a good team in Hamilton. So keeping the team trumps any other decision.

When was moving the teams ever an issue for Pegula? It's like giving Obama credit for not surrendering to Russia.

There were other suitors, allegedly offering more for the Sabres atleast, that wanted to move the team. Maybe that's more on Gollisano than Pegula, but he still saved the team.

Do we have a new default avatar? Timmah is gone?

I was wondering that too. It's about time, too. After reading on Timmy's life after hockey I can't be mad at him, just the people that gave him all that money.

Hope tomorrows announcement helps the positive votes.

He's letting his kids take over both franchises?

Nope, Timmy lives in. I've always hated that too.

KP is running the Bills, she got duped by Rex.

TP is running the Sabres, nice upward trajectory thus far.

It's a family competition, who can win a championship first?   Probably a $1 bet between them.

If I had to guess, I would say Terry's interest in playing fanboi owner with the Sabres has waned with time and his feeling that things are on the rise with Murray and Bylsma in place. He's mostly about the Bills now. I don't know about Kim, but they've both said in either venue she goes one way to the business offices and he goes to the GM side.
