My first impression upon reading it was that it was hyperbole or made up. Then I thought for a second about some of the people I know and the city of Portland, Oregon (I don't think this was there but man, totally would fit) and... yeah, it's real. 

Reminds me of those memes poking fun at the HGTV house hunting shows- "I'm a part time butterfly collector and my husband makes stilts for cats, our budget is 3.4 million".

Ii just finished my bathroom remodel as well, I'm so pumped about it!!!  Samson yours is awesome! Looks like we both did the grey theme.

I think Woody one-upped me with the Sauna addition. Then again he just bought that swanky bachelor pad in the southtowns, so he has the space to do all that crazy $hit.

I like how the focal point is the toilet/duvet masterpiece. ?

I feel ya, my contractor put those down for me, I don't mind the black, but I'm def making a little change

The skylight in the bathroom is a nice touch too.

But I would have zero carpet around the toilet, as the carpet will inevitably become gross.  I'd say YMMV, but on this one I don't think it's possible.

Either way:  many years of happiness in there!

Thanks ? I'll put a nicer bath mat down for the shower exit, but yeah I'm ditching the carpet thing for sure, it's amazing how expensive it is to remodel bathrooms, the one downstairs will wait a few years lol 

So I also found some time to paint my living room, it was basic white, so I like the color more than white, looking for some honest opinions on it before I move the furniture back and accept it totally ?
