SwampD Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 Another nice job on the GDT WildCard, thanks Damn. I guess I'm going to have to go back and actually read it then. Quote
Stoner Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 Damn. I guess I'm going to have to go back and actually read it then. At the end of your posts now, I immediately see the bag over head dude. It adds a certain "womp womp" to everything you write. Quote
SwampD Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 At the end of your posts now, I immediately see the bag over head dude. It adds a certain "womp womp" to everything you write. Â That's actually a quote from one of ink's posts. Â Â And it was a good GDT starter WC, although, it's just way to early in any season to mention playoffs, imo. Quote
inkman Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 No! You get the fleek of my lawn! Fleek my deek!! Quote
LTS Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 I can watch the game tonight... so, that's a positive for me. Â Looking forward to it.. as I do every game this year.. Â Quote
dudacek Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 (edited) I can watch the game tonight... so, that's a positive for me. Â Looking forward to it.. as I do every game this year.. Â Â It's a lot better than the "Why am I doing this again? Oh well, let's get this over with" thing that we went through before every game last year. Edited November 12, 2015 by dudacek Quote
apuszczalowski Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 Last game which I was all prepared to watch, was blacked out here on Bell because it was the NBC game on Tuesday which I could not get (TSN and Sometimes all had other games on) Â Tonight's game is on, but so is the football game I will be watching instead and I guess flipping back to this game. Â I don't know if I like their chances tonight, they seem to struggle when facing Luongo Quote
Doohicksie Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 I don't know if I like their chances tonight, they seem to struggle when facing Luongo  Doesn't matter. This is a different team than they were in Game 4 of the season, and nothing like past seasons. We hadn't beat the Lightning for some time either. The line has been drawn, the team reconstituted, and finally, they are gellin' like a felon. LGR4GM Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 Luongo is confirmed to start tonight for Florida Quote
Doohicksie Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 See? The NHL is skeered of us now. No more backups. Quote
elroy16 Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 On fleek is possibly the stupidest sounding way to say something is cool. Â Â What are you guys doing with Bills and Sabres playing? I'll be moving the bedroom TV to the living room for some two TV action. I can't wait to pour a stiff jack and coke and watch both games. Â Â Sabres have been playing well. They were buzzing around last game. I'm hoping to see Jack continue to get comfortable and come away with a couple of assists and/or a goal tonight. Hopefully we see a W and the momentum keep going up. Quote
BMWR100RT Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 Y'know, I think maybe yeah. Â Isn't that a liger? Quote
bob_sauve28 Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 24GP 15-6-0 .939 SV%  Last seven: 7-0 .960 SV%  Time to put an end to this! I'm sure a lot of goalies have pretty good numbers against us these last few years and yes, it will change! Quote
... Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 "New-ness"... whoever asked Bylsma that question didn't use the term correctly. It's "new-ness-ness". Quote

skaught Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 What is football? :) Â It's like soccer, but with a handegg Quote
MattPie Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 It's like soccer, but with a handegg  You're thinking of Rugger. Quote
Doohicksie Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 What are you guys doing with Bills and Sabres playing?  Right now my plan is to go to the Buffalo Bros where I normally watch the Bills games. I think several Bills fans will be there and they'll want to see the Sabres as well. Plenty of TVs to go around. Claude_Verret Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 Man cave outdoor TV = Bills game (neighbors choice)  Man cave inside TV = Sabres game  While I can't watch the games simultaneously, if I leave the cave door open a few shorts steps has me in front of either game. Quote
LastPommerFan Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 Wins by Buffalo and either Chicago or Vancouver and we are 1 point out of the playoffs through 16 games. Quote
MattPie Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 If I'm really free to watch, I'll have the Sabres on the TV via the PS3 and the Bills on my phone via the NFL app. With no cable, the phone is the only option for football. Unfortunately, it sucks. You have to poke it every few minutes or it thinks you're not watching. It's impossible that I'd want to put the game on, prop the phone up and just watch, right? Or listen as I do something else and watch when something important happens. Quote
